Nomads
The nature and extend of the Nomads enforces a lot of doctrines adopted by The Order in kind. Slomon K'Hara, or in more pronounceable version: the Nomads have agenda that spans every system inhabited by Terran Sirians. That means we have to destroy warmorphs of varying size and purpose in multitude of systems often far from Omicron systems. Frankfurt is no exception as it is the only logical entry point for the Nomads to infiltrate Rheinland though, keeping in mind that Sigmas account for majority of traffic in and out of Omicrons where their homeworld lays.
