The University is always happy to provide our assistance with legal contracts and other legal matters. We will require the details of what it is you would like from us (which house this contract pertains too, the other parties involved in this contact, etc). We would also like to know if there is a time period you would like us to have this done before. Naturally, we will get this contract drawn up as quick as possible, but we would like to know if there is some level of urgency.

Excellent.

Horizon Insights is leasing the recently-completed Massachusetts Biomedical Research Facility on Manhattan from Cryer Pharmaceuticals. Therefore, the contract will need to comply with Liberty law. Our partners in Cryer Technologies are likely to be overseeing operations, We intend for the lease to be for one year, and are hoping for it to be done within one week.

Does that cover everything?

Below you will find the attached contract drawn up, we hope you find everything to your standards.

I am legally obliged to tell you that this contract pertains only to Liberty Law and may not be used for any properties in other houses, those require their own contracts. This contract must be signed by both parties before it can be considered 'in effect'. However that is your business, not ours.

We hope you are satisfied with the outcome, please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
