The Lane Hackers - Natio Octavarium Alliance Declaration
Preamble:
This is a declaration for reinstatement of the alliance between The Lane Hackers and Vagrant Raiders, now recognized and named as Natio Octavarium. Both parties recognize that Hellfire Legion was the instigator and solely responsible for the collapse of the alliance, denounce their traitorous actions, and declare war to them. This war shall not end until Hellfire Legion is ultimately defeated or all parties agree to a trilateral peace treaty.

Terms of the Alliance:
- The Lane Hackers recognize the system of Tau-44 as Natio Octavarium recognized territory. Natio Octavarium recognizes House Liberty and its bordering systems as Lane Hacker contested territory.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium will abide by the rules and laws while operating within each other's recognized territory.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium will combine resources and technology in order to design and construct the Spyglass Mark II Battleship.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium will begin immediately to adapt and integrate their military technology with each other's ships and equipment for the purpose of removing all power core deficiencies.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium agree to a preferential trade agreement. Every month, the Lane Hackers will import 10,000 tons of cardamine from the fields that Natio Octavarium owns on Planet Malta and Natio Octavarium will export from Lane Hacker bases 10,000 units of counterfeit software.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium will form joint patrols within the Barrier Cloud in Coronado in an effort to protect the cardamine trade.
- The Lane Hackers and Natio Octavarium vow to forge a closer military alliance if circumstances and future developments allow it.
