To whom it may concern,
You've recently constructed another installation within 10 kilometers proximity to Ames Research Station without appropriate approval. We still know little to none about your research procedures, safeguards, or fields. This is your second infraction of simple regulations, and while I'm perfectly open to explore these options in the future, we will need you to evacuate your current occupants, and please deconstruct these installations, or we will, once again, do it for you.
We would like to seek alternatives, but your noncompliance gives me no other options. We stand firm on our policies as they are written, and will not waver regardless of affiliation.
