The Omicronis Legal Codex serves as a means for creating peace and stability in the Edge Worlds region. Core pilots are expected to enforce these down to the individual letter, and those within the Edge Worlds are expected to follow them. The Omicron Rho Jump Hole in Delta is starting to collect Capital Shipwrecks from unauthorised vessels seeking entry into Omicron Rho, In order to prevent this build up from getting any worse new capital ship legislation is now in place. All Capital Vessels belonging to the Core| and its secondary fleets are pre-approved and do not require vetting. All other entities wishing to bring Foreign war vessels into Rho must be vetted.

1.0 - Capital Exclusion Zones

1.1 Sigma - 15:
15k Radius around the Rho Jump Hole Located in E/F3. Failure to comply is to result in the deconstruction of the vessel.
Unauthorised capital vessels are requested to vacate the area and are not fined.
Rheinland Lawful Capital Vessels are approved.

1.2 Omicron Rho:
The system in its entirety.
Unauthorised capital vessels are to return the way they came and are fined $3,000,000 credits as stated within the Omicronis Legal Codex, failure to comply to both/either demands is to result in the deconstruction of the vessel.
Severely damaged allied Capital Vessels are permitted to repair at Alabama before leaving the way they came and are not fined provided they comply.

1.3 Omicron Delta:
Kiribati Asteroid Field.
Unauthorised capital vessels are requested to vacate the area and are not fined. Failure to comply is to result in the deconstruction of the vessel.
Non-Bountied Zoner Capital Vessels are approved.
