We need to talk.

It's about trade, M. Dupont. Or rather, the business of making a decent income to satisfy the shareholders.
As you are no doubt well aware =DSE- is the only heavy construction company of Jump gates and trade lanes in Sirius. EFL is respected for the innovations and business acumen that has made EFL what it is today.

We have "noticed" the construction of your trade lanes in various places, and of course, you have begun to construct in Frankfurt. EFL have no doubt "assessed" Sirius' trade lane and jump gate technologies built by =DSE- with Ageira technology and innovations. =DSE- has done likewise with EFL's trade lanes and jump gates.

I will get to the point M. Dupont. =DSE- has assessed in depth, not only the technology that goes into your trade lanes but also how they operate in the "real world". Your trade lanes are superior when it comes to ease of use, and the horizontal access and egress lanes are simpler and less complicated than the vertical stacks that are common throughout Sirius. Ageira technology is superior but not by much.

We want to cut a deal, M. Dupont. We have the ships, the contacts, the expertise to construct EFL type of trade lanes in Sirius WITHOUT the burden of having to navigate the politics of warring houses. We would like the licence to manufacture all of the EFL style trade lanes and jump gates in Frankfurt and throughout Sirius.

If this Licensing agreement is doable there would be an arrangement made whereby a licensor (EFL) grants the right to intangible property to another entity (=DSE-) for a specified period, and in return, the licensor receives a royalty fee from the licensee.

We are keen to deal, M. Dupont.

It has been nine months and we still have not heard from you.
In that time we have also managed to gain a complete working Jump Gate with all its sophisticated technology, software and codes. This also includes full comprehensive workshop manuals on not only how to assemble Jump gates, tradelanes and docking gates, but all the information to create our own.

Does =DSE- have to go the expensive way and construct the factories and all its machinery, training staff etc or can we deal Mr Dupont.
