Time.
Theirs view it as linear, unyielding, ever advancing onward. Ours experience it differently. We persist in the past, the present, the future, all moments are one. We speak to lights that have been extinguished, and to those yet to be lit. We learn, and we teach, further instances of ourselves progress and advance.
Shape.
The same it is with forms; theirs are unchanging, persistent from birth to death, ours are ever changing. We adjust to our needs, to our environment and what it requires of us. We can be small, or we can be large, just as we can exist in the past or future.
Thought.
Single-track minds always looking forward, never any other direction. We must experience all, partake in all, the journey is not a means to an end because there is no end; the journey itself is all that exists, all that will ever exist.
Purpose.
All things have motive. Theirs is to consume, to spread outward, ever-growing. Ours, too, shall be to consume. We are Taremu, the Great Devourer, and we are the counterbalance. Dichotomy in all things. Creation to Destruction. Fire to Ice. Light to Darkness. Life to Death. Expansion to Reduction. We will devour, and there shall be balance.
