Bonjour dear reasonable Libertonians of the Battlegroup Harmony.

I will introduce myself. I am the Capitaine Pierre Vaillant des glorieuses forces armées du Roi et de la Marine Royale. The Haut Commandement of the MRG have designed me and several others officiers to contact you. We apologize if our Haut Commandement cannot take care of this communication. The priority has been given to the Bretonian Front. I will be in charged of these communication.

I guess the MRG had already few contacts with the Liberty Separatists in the past. But sadly, due to the distance between our bases and because the things evolved in Bretonia, the relations didn't move. Though, we had several successes by fighting together like yesterday. Our forces have received the order to estimate the current Libertonians forces within Liberty. Since the Gallic Storm in New London, Liberty sent considerable fleets in New London and we didn't expect that the Navy had so many reserves. Obviously, nothing can stop our advance and our victory in Bretonia anymore, however the Navy presence makes this task hardest than it should be.

Look at this beautiful photo. Harmony and the Marine together. An alliance with a rare efficacity. This represents the ideal of Gallia for Liberty. The events demonstrate we will never be able for now to conquer Sirius. Our maximum advance will end in California. But it is our mission to eradicate the current Libertonian government. And the Crown thinks you are the best Libertonians to substituate them.

During that battle yesterday, our battlecruisers have suffered heavy damage but are now operational. If needed, we would be able to deploy at Task force in California to assist you in yoour combat. We have both noticed how Liberty is weakned yesterday. But something comes to our attention. We have also noticed pretty....useful weapons on the battleship Harmony which have inflicted serious damage to the Navy vessel.

Actually, it seems the Libertonians shared their techonology with Bretonia and we face ships which have sometimes superior weapons than ours! This can't be tolerate! We are running out of time. We need absolutely to end this conflict. Once this one done, we will send you a permanent task force to assist you anywhere in Liberty. But we need also your knowledge in that kind of armaments and weapons.

What do you desire?

Capitaine Vaillant,

while our forces were fighting a common enemy there together, make no mistake: Our primary goal is Liberty. What happens in Bretonia or in Sirius in general is currently nothing we can spend resources on. This will of course change once our final victory has been won.

Though it can't be argued that our cooperation was successful so far. That operation in California dealt a heavy blow to the Navy. Though what long term effects it will have is yet unknown.

Many of our weapons are unique designs that haven't seen widespread usage. Though often lacking in certain departments they've proven to be absolutely devastating if utilized in the right situation. I believe your Marine has suffered the adapted combat strategies the BAF and Liberty Navy will have developed.

Both our Navy and LSF origins as well as own research teams give us access to a selection of equipment that would help your combat along.

Though we might be willing to trade in such a thing, we're curious as how you could pay back your support. It would also help to give us an idea of what it is that you're looking for.
Supplies, weapons and vessels are what we need but can you spare any?

Until then Capitaine.

Fleet Admiral Knight,

It is an honor for me to deal with the representative of the most reasonable Libertonians in that Universe. All my excuses if my answer took time. I had to talk in detail with our Grande Amiral...That is indeed obvious that your goal is Liberty at first, as Bretonia is ours. However, you should't have to forget we want to see rise a new Liberty and we are acting in that way. To show you our determination, we have sent yesterday a fleet composed of multiple ships to destroy the last Libertonians resistance within Liberty House. The operation has been a great success and our forces didn't sufffer significant loss. With that, I think the we have reduced the pression on your forces.

During over years, our Royaume concentrated its research to build superiors vessels and the biggest and powerful fleet as possible to start the conquer of the West Sirius. It was for us, impossible to know the technology of the Sirians fleets. Even that, it seems the Sirians had a certain advantage in the building of new weapons. The Bretonians and the Libertonians used a very not common weapon an actual cannon firing high explosive shells. Our Valors are great ships, able to resist better than the Libertonians and Bretonians ships, but with this weapon, our battleships suffered enormous damage. Seeing this power, we were wondering if we can produce similar ones for our own usage. We would be thus able to counter the new Bretonians ships. Though, all the ships which had those weapons have been destroyed and we couldn't study them.

Maybe you are aware of this "old" technology and if you have any blueprint of them. We are ready to pay to have the final advantage. Ah oui, the price...We can supply you with fighter weapons of a great quality, Small arms, proper food, spare parts, clothes, shower kits...By the way that is the idea of the Grande Amiral....You mentioned ships. We have the biggest fleet of the Sirius indeed. But the current Alliance, including the Bretonians, Libertonians, the Conseillards traitors, and the Crayterians terrorists seem to have the number. You need to precise what kind of ship you are interested in. the Roi is watching me and I need to take every precautions.

That is why you need to answer to this question: until where are you disposed to fight with the Gallic Crown?

Capitaine Vaillant,

we've seen your vessels first hand and I'm certain your Navy wouldn't have been able to push this far without a considerable advantage. Though it appears that relying on that gave the Bretonians the chance to use their experience and strike back using unconventional tactics such as kinetic weaponry.

We can share the last and most effective version's construction plans with you. You've already realised that we wouldn't part with that for free. And your offer seems adequate.

We'll accept your trade for weaponry and supplies if the ships you offer in addition are useful to us. We're currently lacking the supply lines to actually manufacture anything besides the few vessels our stations were made for. If there's anything the size of a cruiser we can repurpose, that would support our position well. I'm sure the grand Navy you told us about wouldn't miss one of these?

Until then Capitaine.

Mes respects Fleet Admiral Victoria Knight,

First, my I want to apologize for the long delay, but I had to discuss with my superiors about your request...so this took time.

Anyway, I contact you this time with good news for you. I'm glad to announce you that your request has been granted, now I will give the further details.

We do have a large ammount of snubs weapons acurrently. Our production is beyonds the current needs, so we can give you some of them. You will see they are of a great quality and largely superior to every miserable....huh to every Sirian weapons of course!

The last part of your request has been quite discussed. Since the creation of Gallia this will be the first time that we will give one of our diamond to the Sirians. And especially to the Libertonians. This date will certainly be historic for Gallia but aswell for your Battlegroup.

However, we have been obviously forced to change some...things...We do have a cruiser and la Grande Armée which is ours can still fight with one cruiser less. That is obvious. We found a Triumph cruiser in our drydocks. The RNS-Cassard has suffered damage during the battle against the cups of tea (the Bretonians if you don't see what I mean) and repair it will take a too long time and too many precious resources. So we will give this pearl to you. I need to precise an essential thing. The Roi would be very embarassed if the Gallic technology would fall in the hand of the Sirians... The cruiser in question will have all his major electronical equimpents removed, as his reactor, weapons etc.

I am sure you can understand this, but the Crown believe you will be able to repair it by yourself and to equip it with the best of your technology. For now that's all we can do. I need your consent, and we should prepare the transfer quickly.

Capitaine Vaillant,

we agree and are honored by your offer to receive one of your hulls. Especially those weapons will be put to good use.

Although we do have concerns about such a barebones cruiser ever reaching the drydocks of Marshall in Bering. The route is long and dangerous and having such a big target undefended will be no small risk.

What route will these supplies take so we can ensure that they do not fall into enemy hands or get destroyed? We're not aware of any secure routes to your front lines.

Though we did recently have one of your supply ships arrive which makes us wonder if there is a route we did not consider yet.

Until then Capitaine.

Mes respects Fleet Admiral Victoria Knight,

We are coming on a delicate point. As you mentioned it, if we do the classic methods, we will have to go through Liberty, which means through California and Texas.

The cruiser won't have reactor, so we have to use a supplement ship to bring it in Bering. A combinaison like this one is very risky and very vulnerable to any attack. A torpedoe and the whole operation is a failure. I guess you know Liberty better than us thus you can travel in it easily than we would do. Plus a convoy like this one, with a transport and a disabled cruiser can be easily detectable by the Navy scanners more than a single transport.

This means we cannot do that way. The risks are too important. And the losses do not compensate the advantages. I thought to another solution to bring the cruiser and the convoy in Bering.

I think this would work. This is my plan. As we can't go through Liberty, why not to jump directly in Bering with a jump drive technology? Actually, we do not know the coordiantes of Bering precisely so we are not able to use our technology for this time. However may I ask if your Battlegroup use that kind of hyperspace technology? This would be very useful. If you do, then ou can maybe bring one of your ship which has a jump drive in California or even Magellan. We shall do a group jump and appear directly in Bering. We would avoid then the Navy and your possible enemies in Liberty.

I don't see any other way for this matter.

Capitaine Vaillant,

if you have a vessel capable of jumping then we'll be of assistance to provide a solid destination.

Though we've had supply vessels of the MRG reach Bering recently so we're sure there must be a supply line that leads to us safely.

Decide how you want to reach Bering and we'll be of assistance.

Until then Capitaine.

Mes respects Fleet Admiral Victoria Knight,

Oui, I come to contact the Capitaine who recently went in Bering to supply your base. That is really awesome how the transport can reach you without to be attacked or destroyed.
Actually, all our warships that are able to do a jump are on the frontlines. And the situation is really tense now.

I suppose bring a Valor in Bering would cause some issues...or at least some curiosity. People do not need to know about this. Especially for you I guess as the Sirians do not have a very sympathic picture of the Gallics.

Let's say we do like the transport did it few days ago. I contacted the officier and I am waiting the details. Once that part clear, we should plan a date for the transfer. We won't be able to bring a sufficient escort, but maybe you are able to?

I contact you when we will be ready.
