To the Residents of Aland Shipyard, Omega-3
We regret to inform you that, due to the necessities of the ongoing conflict with Gallia, we are serving you notice of our intention to commandeer Aland Shipyard for the duration of the conflict. The recent loss of Southampton Shipyard and our inability to easily access Scarborough Station in Newcastle have required us to look elsewhere. As your facility in Gibraltar is the only remaining shipyard in Bretonian territory, we have no other option. We are dispatching a crew to take over operation of the shipyard, along with a police escort to ensure a peaceful transition. We are willing to arrange to transport your people wherever they wish to go.
In the past, we've chosen to overlook certain transgressions committed by members of your organization against lawful Bretonian corporations due to more pressing concerns. Due to our circumstances, we are now in a position to correct that oversight. Her Majesty's Government is prepared to consider our use of Aland Shipyard for the duration of the war adequate repayment for IMG's attacks on Bretonian citizens. Provided no further actions of that nature are taken by your organization, we will make no further demands.
In order to lay the foundation for improved relations between Bretonia and the IMG, we promise to return the shipyard to your custody either upon the conclusion of the war, or upon the commissioning of a new shipyard to replace Southampton, whichever occurs first. In addition, we are intending to make upgrades to the facilities, which we will leave intact upon returning the station to IMG administration. We trust that leaving the shipyard in better condition that we found it will be sufficient compensation for the inconvenience to the IMG.
