[Message Begins]
I've received a communication from the Unioners. They seem upset over an alleged case of abduction, namely of their own personnel at the hands of a SCEC pilot that they allege is Comrade Dross. I have seen that type of transponder before, but I was lead to believe that these were simply ships of the Expansion Corps' security wing. But now I am doubtful. Not only was this ship actively trying to compile information, but it was acting well outside the modus operandi of a security ship. It was not escorting any Coalition assets nor was it securing a path for one. It operated along the lines of an Intelligence asset.

I don't appreciate being blind-sided and even less so being lied to. I demand to know what this supposed security wing really is, if this demand is refused then I will escalate the matter to the Ministry of Truth and take steps to forcefully investigate the matter and bring this deviance under the Eye's purview.

Comrade Keller, if it's how I should address you,

First. Don't pretend like you were the only person who received this message from the Unioners. As you could have noticed, it was directed at SCEC channels too and I was the first one who received and reviewed it. And I'm notifying you, your Eminence, that I will be personally handling this case and go through a pedagogic speech with Captain Dross.

Now when that's out of the way, I shall remind you that the Security Cell is an autonomous cell within the Expeditionary Corps and is not a subordinary of the Revolutionary Army and may only obey the orders of the acting CRO, Security's Cell Director (which I happen to be) and Premier himself. Thus, whatever revolving around our brothel is and should not be your goddamn business unless it endangers our people's security. And believe me, I am ensuring that my subordinates act the way they should.

Dross's personal grudge against the Union is a nuisace, yes, but she's an excelent pilot and we're working on it. And I believe we all have something personal, don't we?

Zdravstvuyte, comrade Field Marshall. My appologies for delay, but Party's plenums regarding Omega-49 situation took all my time.

While comrade major's attitude can be considered as disrespectful, i'm ask forgive him for it. Nature of Expeditionary Corps operations suppose long expeditions in dark and unknown space, without any support, so our officers should be able take decisions on their own, and sometimes they forget about proper protocols.

Ensuring safety of a scientific personnel far from other Coalition forces is hard task, and sometimes our security cell step apart standard procedures. In some cases is more safe send military trained man instead, in another case bit of shadow diplomacy could reduce hostility in expedition area.

Therefore, for better execution of People's will our department work autonomously, and we encourage free minded officers. And of course Premier and HWE know whenever we gain final results. Sometimes its so unexpected, that require additional confirmation and proves before including in report.

We don't do direct intelligence work, comrade Field Marshal. But our scientists still require basic information to choose objects of interest, sometime even samples of enemy's technology. So our security cell just take it for them.

Call it as you wish, comrade Field Marshal, but I hope my explanations will help remain trustful atmosphere between different departments, and our joint efforts will continue lead Peoples Republic to the bright future.
