I'm apologizing again, the Transmission got somehow lost in space, I hope nobody fetched it, I will put in a higher security code this time. Now, I am contacting you again, because I need an answer to the question, why you sent soldiers to Rheinland, if you just do so for 'logistical needs' or the Defence of some EFL ships at the new Gate in Frankfurt, or if there is something else. The Inspektorat needs to keep Rheinland completely safe. Now I hope you don't miss understand me, the meeting was on a friendly level, your Soldiers talked about Rheinländers as their 'allies'. If your Soldiers want regulated access to the Zürich - Frankfurt/Sigma-15 or München route, you can make an agreement with the Büro, we would welcome such one. And if you are interested in an agreement for more Soldiers than transports with their escorts, we could discuss passing it to the Bundestag. Now I hope you recieve this Transmission and answer me soon to these important topics. I will put in the Audio records again, if you need them. I'm looking forward hearing from you.

Bonjour,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this is the first time I am hearing of this. If the Flotte de Soutien has a need to traverse through Rheinland space we would have made official contact with the Bundestag . These two were not operating under orders from Etat-Major and their behavior is not something we endorse nor condone. For them to be so far out of the Marine's area of operation in another house without their superior's nor the respective house's approval is outrageous. The specifics are purely internal matters but they will be appropriately dealt with, I assure you.
