Subject: Apology for Accidentally Damaging Anglesey Abbey
To the administrator of Anglesey Abbey and the rest of Border World Exports,
Some minutes ago, I was traversing the Cardiff Asteroid Field and decided to see what Anglesey Abbey had to offer. It is a very nice facility, and I hope to sell ore there soon.
However, when I left the station, it was surrounded by several small Corsair fighters. I decided to shoot them down in the mutual interest of Bowex and the IMG, but I am afraid I was over-eager with my weapons fire. A notification came that I had attacked Anglesey Abbey, and the base began to fire on me.
I flew away before any further trouble could be sparked, but I thought I should send a message here to inform Bowex that I did not mean to attack their property.
While I doubt my meager turrets did any significant damage to the base, I am willing to pay for any repairs that may be needed. My callsign is: Hector.Greensmith
