Life began out there... at Rheinland...
Early Childhood
Ruppretch was born at an unioner-branded smuggler transport. Never seen his father due to being a byproduct of underage rape at a drug-assisted night rave party aboard one of the cornerstone makeshift bars found at Pacifica, Ruppretch only knew his mother who, surprisingly cared more than other how other mothers of such rape byproducts would treat them. As a child of a woman full of shady deals, drug addiction, intense alcoholism and weekly, at lucky moments, shootouts with unruly clients, Ruppretch had a "more than ideal" childhood. That is, by Unioner standards of course. He learned what he learned at his mother's rare sober moments and tryharding at things when his mother was either high or drunk. Obviously in such a "free" enviroment, he learned alot of things when it came to dealing with clients by overhearing or outright sneaking into deals. One of the perks of growing in that of course seeing alot of shootouts, straight out executions and learning "playing by the book."
Teens and early adulthood
Of course, when you grow in an intense underworld such as Rheinland's, you learn to make your own stuff and networking at early ages. This was no different for Ruppretch. By the time he reached 15, he was already in a whole underworld of his peers. Exchanging alcohol and having hangouts with girls that offered "peculiar services" to him in exchange of either rare goods or good old creds, he had his share of unioner-lite lifestyle as a teen. At 16, he had his first armed conflict. At a classic "service meeting" he had to kill another boy that wanted the same girl as him, at cost of sustaining some injuries and a broken nose. It was rather common to carry weapons of every kind even as a teen, as long as they did not get caught pants down by Pacifica security, even then some turned a blind eye for "being a good boy". Just as he hit 17, he broaden his mini-business into space of Bering. Being a "child of 800" had its perks such as houses mostly minding their own businesses in their wars and relative "freedom" of Bering.
He started in a Stargazer running "Pizza Delivery" as they called. Hauling liquor in-system. Mostly to Freeport 2 and from. He was getting a small cut of profits made and had a steady supply for himself. Things got even bigger for him when he reached 19.
One of the local shippers offered him a place among his crew and a ship of his own. Ruppretch accepted and ran part of the business alongside. Over time "lucky accidents" happened and that pushed Ruppretch into bossing the business at 22. Now owning a Behemoth Transport and a small fleet of Ragnars, he gained contacts and started fencing goods for various nearby parties. At 24 he decided to reach into Omegas and became a Snitcher. Hit valuable transports, get their cargo to whoever pays best, do it discreetly. He went as far as snitching Hessian Blood Diamonds and pulling high-risk high-value jobs since early 825 A.S.

As the calendars shows 826 A.S. Ruppretch owns a couple of transports, one of them being a Borderworlds Train, and he aims to delve into "Datamining" business and collecting Baxter Anomaly datas and turn them into highest bidder as a side job alongside smuggling various goods. He searches ways to get a Corvo Explorer for that job and modify it further for his needs. His combat worthy assets include several Black Market snubcraft, a questionably stable Gunship and favors with a "Hel" Cruiser Captain.
