Estimated representatives,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you all with liberation of Dresden again. Finally we can feel us safe at the place we can call home. Of couse, we still need to repair and return to life the most of the system, create industrial and trade routes from scratch, but we can do it without being afraid to be shot on sight. Anyway, for those who see my name in the first time - Annika Einfalt, the Oberst of Die Weisse Rose, the leading sect of Bundschuh movement. And I want to bring the matter I have discussed with first two parties before.

We would like to get Bautzen station upgraded to a shipyard and we need your help in this challenge. First of all, we need engineers. Most of the aktivists are more into science, culture and politics, rather than into working with practical matters. We have some engineers in our ranks, but they are too few or too low-qualified. We need your help to teach our people and develop the engineering projekt, while we can deal with logistiks and construction process itself.

Current state of this solar is stable for now. By our own forces, we managed to return the most of the sysytems to life and fortify vital components. With this station turned into shipyard we and our allies will get opportunity to repair, build and manage ships right at the frontline.

Hessians,

Cooperation between our parties is known to be a long and productive one and you were the once with whom we discussed the idea in the first place. This transmission from Frau Meng proves it. Inititally we couldn't do it to not attract attention from the side of Rheinwehr kampfgruppe, but now the system is free and I want to hear your thoughts on this matter.

The Order,

We have heard your answer and we understand, that your people are required at your home. We are grateful for your offer to share with us blueprints of Ostara, in case if we manage to bring this project to conclusion, but with changed situation in Dresend you might also change your mind? Remember, that we can also say our own people to you, so you can help us in this way.

SCEC,

Cooperation between DWR and SOE "Vektor" as well as with The Spire Kampfgruppe and Research Corps was also a long and mutually beneficial one. Now we would like to ask for help from your side. We will appreciate both the help with training of our own people and direct help with creation of the project. What do you think?

Of course, all parties can request payment from our side, be it a favor, technologies or money.

That's all for now. Looking forward to hear from all listed above parties.

For New Rheinland. For Revolution.
-Annika Einfalt, Oberst of Die Weiße Rose

As you indeed already stated, our people are quite preoccupied with the war against the Core and Nomads back in the Omicrons, and our logistical arm is already operating at maximum capacity keeping our fleets and planetside forces supplied. However, should the other recipients of this communique agree with your wish to transform Bautzen into a shipyard, we would be willing to provide you with ample engineers who were also involved with the project to construct and upgrade Carthage to help you build your shipyard.

Due to our longstanding cooperation and alliance, we would be willing to forego traditional payments. Though should you see a chance, try and inspire some people to join our ranks back in Rheinland. We can always use more able bodied men and women in our ranks, and Rheinlanders are known as a hardy people.

Should the situation at home allow for a gap, I will try to see to it if we can or can't reallocate a few transports to send some high quality materials towards you to help speed up the process. Does this sound agreeable to you?

Frau Einfalt,

Firstly allow me to congratulate you and your forces, as well as those of the Revolution, on securing Dresden for your goals. I look forward to seeing our allies continuing to grow stronger day by day, and I'm aware that this is but a stepping stone in the Bundschuh's grand plans for Rheinland.
But on to the business at hand.

As I see Frau Holt of the Overwatch has responded, I will extend off her wording. Indeed, even our own people are locked in fighting against our enemies in the Omicrons, primarily the Nomads and unusually the AI of Gammu. Still, with our people and resources growing I can see about relaying transport of materials through our space to Dresden at your behest. I'm of a mind that a Bundschuh controlled drydock in Dresden would be well worth the expense of manpower and materials to operate, and I'm certain the rest of my command staff would readily agree.

In the spirit of our friendship, we seek no payment aside from that which the typical commodity delivery price would be onboard Bautzen. The Bundschuh has been a keen ally in our fight against the spread of infection in Rheinland, and a well supplied ally is a loyal and trusted one. Should we be of any further assistance, our doors will always be open.
Immer vorwärts

Greetings, comrade Einfalt.

Our personnel congratulate all involved parties with new and serious step toward Volksrevolution.

Unfortunately, Expedition Corps' senior engineer already oversee too many projects in this time to help directly. But we ready organise special courses for your future engineers on Zhukovsky station.

Your organisation should send to us list of future students, and their dossiers about education and specialisations if they have any. While we prepare education program, they should pass some tests through neural net to estimate individual level for future dividing on groups. As well, you need specify, how much time you could spent on it. Your students would take at least 3 standard months to get solid low TVET level under extensive training. With some individuals, already having required skills, we probably would able to reach higher levels.

Education itself will be free, but Die Weiße Rose will need pay their placement in station's apartments and its service. And while i dont forgot - your men should be strong and prepared to hard discipline, in any scenario, they practically wouldn't have free time.

Privyet,

The Rote Hessen Armee would like to inform you that you have our support in these endeavors to have your station upgraded. With the liberation of Dresden and it finally being under Hessen control I see no issue on why we should deny your request at this time. However I must note that aggression with the Unioners have started again and should you show your support against those heathens you will notice extended support be given to Bautzen Station. Keep me informed on progress and set backs and let us know what you need from us.

Signed, Brigadegeneral
L. Meng
