To who it may concern,
EFL is the primary supplier of hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon processing within Gallia. While doing a recent scan of the Cote-d'Or Asteroid Field we discovered a small but dense pocket of Hydrocarbons. As the Crown is very strict on resource extraction within Gallia EFL has been tasked to begin the extraction and processing of the Hydrocarbons. Unfortunately, we haven't had much experience with space based hydrocarbon extraction and processing. I would like to send a few teams out with your own crews to visit your extraction operations in Tau-53 and observe and attempt to learn alternative methods, so we may compare and find the most efficient ways to Extract, Collect, and Process, these odd little space rocks.
