Call it as a bonus outcome from project Hellbound, "Bob" looked over some older experimental designs of ours for the project, and decided to improve an old BMM prototype.

The plans are attached here: 975, look them over, Bob says it'll be better than the B-1290.

It's an interesting.. development. I have reviewed the changes and schematics and it is promising. Be certain your participation will not be forgotten. It will take a while, a spacecraft isn't done in a day and following blindly the notes and schematics of an outsider, but I am confident a new and improved 540 will see the light of day.
