Aland salvage operations assessment 826/03/27

As you know, our losses at Aland were significant, with 20% of the Norfolk Fleet's effective combat force destroyed, or heavily damaged, and an even greater, 60 to 80% casuality rate for he Olympia's forces.

Due to many of these vessels are fused together with the asteroid field, their molecular structure decayed in a way that these ships are not salvagable, but Aland can reprocess the "jumpfused" ships. I'd recommend to tow in the Gwent's wreckage as well for reprocessing too. Personal note: I'd like to get every wreck inspected for possible survivors again.

The full list of wrecks and their status is the following:

4 Templars, no reason to repair them.
2 Odins, T&G should look at them before reprocessing.
3 Lhotses, no comment.
Dropship #3, Clydesdale class troop transport variant, military gear inside is a priority for salvage.
Pumori, Shishapangma class, heavy damage, cargo hold full of cobalt ore.
HMS-Grinder, Churchill class, jumpfused.
HMS-Dapper, Churchill class, jumpfused.
HMS-Sepoy, Churchill class, jumpfused.
HMS-Blazer, Churchill class, damaged beyond repair.
HMS-Karakatta, Churchill class, moderate damage, salvagable.
RHGB-Ă“drerir, Heimdall class, damaged beyond repair, marked for T&G inspection.
FV-Memnon, Hydra class, jumpfused.
FV-Tityos, Hydra class, jumpfused.
FV-Perseus, Hydra class, heavy damage, salvagable, might not worth it.
Dhaulagiri, Gasherbrum class, damaged beyond repair.
HMS-Acasta, Crecy class, damaged beyond repair.
HMS-Pluto, Crecy class, jumpfused.
RHC-Simargl, Vidar class, moderate damage, marked for T&G, definietly worth salvaging.
FV-Theseus, Thanatos class, jumpfused.
Andaman, Sagarmatha class, damaged beyond repair.
HMS-Killarn, Dunkirk class, moderate to heavy damage, salvagable
HMS-Gwent, Dunkirk class, wreckage needs to be towed to Aland for reprocessing.
FV-Olympia, Deimos class, jumpfused.

Good evening, Captain.

Your material assessment seems to be on point. While the shipyard itself still is reeling from the aftermath of the battle, I suggest that the Admiralty Board articulate with the necessary operational partners to tow all of the indicated ships above, Killarn as first, to designated point B6 in the Aland yards for due processing, review and data collation.

Regards.

Greetings,

Norfolk groups are already securing all of the recorded wrecks and are towing them back to the site.

The operation is ongoing as we speak.

Best Regards,

Good evening, Commodore.

After doing a short review of Captain Y'berg list, I suggest the HMS-Killarn to be already moved into yard 1, and RHC-Simargl to yard 2. Yard 3 is not operational by the latest data. T&G and BMM personnel are already preparing for their arrival. All the remaining wrecks apart from the fused ones, should be placed in Aland point B6, for security and salvaging purposes.

The stone fused ones are already drinking up solar radiation and having its insides destroyed. I have a small team, removing all the important hardware and materials that can be recuperated, but they are only useful as a reminder of the price Bretonia has payed for Aland.

Regards.
