the pit

welcome to the pit, we have the fineist wine and beer that you can find on this battleship, says the robot bartender, as you enter the pit
the pit is a place of storys beer bar fights(sometimes preplanned)and beer

it is packed full when patrols have been finished, and the officers decide that the pilots(and crew) have some time to kill.
the robot serves all kinds of beer and wine, but the best is the "engine brew"(plese dont ask)
and of course. this is where you can find whatever blackmarket goods you need(its a small blackmarket)

this is the pit

tom was tired. he had just dueled am RHA pilot, he had been patrolling omega 3 when he saw the hessain. they had talked for a while, tom liked him. not enough, however to not blow his ship up.they decided to have a duel.

they had been fighting for over an hour, when tom realized that he was out of mines and missles. and the hessain realized that he could not kill tom with his mini razor,tom had the advantage but it was a small one, when the hessain offered a truce he agreed to stop shooting for a while.

they then landed on freeport 1, tom disliked freeport 1, it was small and smelled of cardi-cola, as weapons and engines cooled, they talked. he and the hessain examined each others ship's and chuckled at the scorch marks,
the hessain had a chatchy phrese:"if your leaving scorch marks, then you need a bigger gun". they went to the bar and talked over some beer. after a few hours tom had to leeve and finish his patrol.

as tom finished his story, the group of fresh recruit's standing around him just listioned in awe. most of them never had heard of a pilot fratrenizing with a hessain..

as tom walked out of the pub, slightly grogey. he hoped that none of the officers would learn about his adventure, and get mad at him,
