My name is John Riley, and I have the honour of serving as the newly-elected Consul of Natio Octavarium. I'm calling you today as allies in the war against the Kingdom of Gallia. It is my understanding that your holdings in the Roussillon System are actively threatened by the Gallic Royal Navy. As Roussillon directly borders our own home system, it is in Natio Octavarium's interest to see that your forces hold the line. To that end, I would like to assign the Home Division of the Fourth Octavarium Fleet to Roussillon to assist with the defence. Transports from the Octavarium Mercantile Guild can also assist by bringing in essential goods if you need them. If you are interested in our assistance, please let me know and I will turn this over to Taskmaster Williams to sort out the details of our military deployment.
