Subject: SIS spooks lurking around.

The SIS spooks seems to be quite reckless if they act the way they do when caught at some shady business. Earlier today, one of them was tracked down to Omicron Lost and acknowledged that he was not just loitering around mindlessly, but to communicate with a certain entity that was observed nearby during both of the conversations - the Nomad. Attaching the relevant data below.

Their Director should be able to shed some light on it.

Subject: 15/09/26 Alert report

[15.09.2019 16:31]
I was sleeping after another patrol when the alarm started. Alien vessel in sight.

[15.09.2019 16:33]
Powering up my fighter. Received some information of the situation: An alien ship, not the capital one, and thank God for that, 10k away from the Freeport, a bunch of civilians near it. Leaving the dock. Contacted dispatcher and prepared for intercept if the Nomad approach the station. The time of it's appearing was the worst thing - not many numbers were on the station, I also requested to call any forces nearby, hoped someone from FP9 will hear it.

[15.09.2019 16:38]
Observing. Following ships on radar: Setesh, Pennybrooke, Nyctophilia, Harbinger-1. The Nomad wasn't agressive, people were. I don't know the origin of the conflict, but looked like Setesh, the Order fighter, wanted to shoot the Nomad, but people weren't allowing him to, moving their ships in the line of sight of his guns. Quite interesting situation. When I more or less got into the situation, I moved 5k away from the Freeport and was about to join the Order guy in killing the glowing thing or at least move civilians away, when Harbinger-1 cruised to the Freeport.

[15.09.2019 16:40]
Setesh followed Harbinger-1, instead staying with the Nomad, which was a nonsense. But the alien wasn't hungry or something, so I didn't hear any painful screams or ship destructions of those left behind by Setesh. The Nomad and Pennybrooke left immediately on the same course. I didn't notice where the Nyctophilia go, probably with the Nomad too, so we have to keep an eye on them in the future. Setesh wanted Harbinger-1 to move away from the Freeport and was about to use force for this. He was warned in accordance to OSI Supervision Rules, section two, paragraph five. That calmed down him a little.

[15.09.2019 16:48]
A news reporter, Nathalie.Crouse, undocks from the Freeport. Reporters are always lack of sense of self-preservation. By that time I tried to show Setesh that I'm on his side, but I need some information about Harbinger-1 and definately I have my orders about the Freeport safety.

[15.09.2019 16:49]
"He is an alien pawn" - said Setesh. Harbinger-1 appeared to be the Oracle. Personally, I don't see any harm from that organization. They are just gossiping about aliens, nothing much. On the periphery no one has any delusions about the Nomads. I started thinking that the Setesh takes it too serious, but then he demanded the Order pilot from Harbinger-1. I scanned his cargo and the escape pod was there actually. Harbinger-1 transfered the pod without any command and said he found it after the last raid. "What raid?" - I asked myself and began to doubt if this guy not that innocent. I requested any proofs of the connection of Harbinger-1 with the aliens from Setesh twice, but he went silent.

[15.09.2019 17:03]
My ship detected Setesh's weapon mounts activation. Setesh attacked Harbinger-1. I ordered him to cease fire and launched cruise disruptor to give the Oracle some time, his shield melted fast and I shout again to stop shooting. Well, I think I had no choice. I locked Setesh's signature and scratched some of it's paint. He turned and shot back. We were too close to the station, so it's defences couldn't help me. I didn't mean to kill him, but I coulnd't let him lynch the civilian without evidence, nobody will land on our stations anymore - the reporter was still there.

[15.09.2019 17:13]
I managed to force Setesh out of the station. No human losses, but I didn't notice where Harbinger-1 went in the middle of the fight, probably hid on the Freeport which was a wise move. Then the Cryolite arrived and I reported about the incident.

*End of the report*

Subject: Commune Battleship attacking Freeport 11

Good Day, Highcommand and all the others who will read this. I will keep it short. Today at around 1315 to 1325 Standard Sirius Time, an Outcast Battleship was violating the No Fire Zone of Freeport Eleven. I ordered him several times to leave but the ship didn't move a single bit. After a short talk, he revealed himself as part of the Commune, the same Commune that is worshiping the Squids. With the help of the Kaldra and the Opal, the ship in question got destroyed right after a power spike in its weapon systems was detected.

Miss Jones.

I am grateful for the steady reply to my inquiry regarding this assignment. I will depart Livadia shortly and get accustomed with the personnel and facilities. First results will hopefully come in shortly, i only want to know how far would you want us to go with our developments, and if we have any available... outstanding weapon samples at our disposal. It would be useful if someone could give me an insight on those matters, or should i contact Mr. Lawrence for more information?

Subject: Violation of the no-fire zone rules

George Miller here, sending an emergency transmission from falkland base, where I'm stationed at as we speak. I've spotted several outcast capital ships (alongside 2 golden chrysantheum snub ones) actively violating the no-fire zone rules of freeport 10 some time ago. I got as close as I could (since we have to keep out of the no-fire zone because of a nonsensical agreement but I digress). Here are multiple camera logs recording the outcasts shooting other ships (specifically gallic royal enclave ones as well as some bounty hunters) while inside the freeport 10's no-fire zone. I suggest we take action at once.
