Greetings Admiral Jochen,
On the 15th of November, 801 A.S., Operations Task Group Bielefeld launched a covert field operation into the far Taus. Approximately three days ago, I received word that these men had returned to Rheinland space with their targets in hand. Heavy Lifter Diez returned with five ships in tow, each of which is currently being rearmed and refitted at the Schatten facility per your order. Detailed scans will be placed below on the vessels recovered. Operations Group Bielefeld will also be on standby for debrief at your convenience.
Reconstruction efforts will remain in continuance until further notice or completion. We estimate several months until full operational status of the assets are assured. Until then, we will continue to monitor the operation and alert you of any new developments.
Auf weidersehen, Admiral.

Image 1a - Standard Issue 798 A.S. 90-ARKM-N9 "Valkyrie" - Three recovered from Schiller battlefield, moderate damage received from combat. Pilot deceased in two cases, third was not identified or recovered. Hulks were brought back to Schatten for refit and rearmament. Valkyrie's frame is adaptive, flexible. Hardpoints have been adapted for Classification '8' weaponry. Higher would buckle the hull. Ships have maintained maneuverability at expense of armor, keeping to tradition of classical 'Heavy Fighter' archetype. Will press into service soon to minimize downtime as Elze Eins-Dwei. Image 2 - Regulation 137-ARKM-KV06 "Oder"-class gunboat - Only one recovered from Schiller battlefield: R.N.C. Bheitigheim. Hull blasted open, though structural damage seemingly kept to a minimum. Far less damage received than the other gunboat of the battle. Salvage efforts maintained the ship's status as a support vessel, structural integrity is planned to be improved as per regulation KV-19D. Ship will be pressed into service with registry intact. Operations will remain at your discretion. Image 3 - Regulation 235-ARKM-CR15 "Donau"-class heavy cruiser - Sole surviving cruiser-class warship of Schiller battlegroup. Hull buckling and loss of integrity, but framework intact and operational. Weaponry systems fried, internal computer systems overloaded, data unrecoverable. Registry information identified as R.N.C. Nestor, ship was brought back into Schatten for refit and rearmament. Older cruiser, required more parts for refitting, but was ultimately less costly than building a new cruiser, especially when current technology was easily adaptable to the frame. Priority was set for Nestor, deployment will remain at your discretion. |

Auf weidersehen, Admiral.
