As a member of the Science and Research leadership on this project, I have to agree and even propose to urge the final details so that we can follow his advice. I propose that when we get permission to use a channel on Cambridge University's Transmission Satellite you go ahead of us and make a light beat on that direction and send us the pertinent information so that we may need and that we have not anticipated.
