It is truly a pleasure to be back in contact with the Octavarium, and Auxesia sends its warmest regards in the success you have seen and the growth you have achieved, and in this congratulations the Covenant brings your nation an offer.

I am personally aware of Octavariums current official relations with Auxesia, and because of our neutral standing and we wish to extend this to possible friendship by offering a trade deal between our great nations. Auxesia would like to query Octavarium on what there is to offer the Covenant in terms of raw supplies to Inverness.

In exchange for trade supplies, Auxesia would be willing to offer Natio Octavarium

-Pre-approval into the Covenant of Auxesia and future relations down the line
-Escort for Natio Octavariums logistics vessels into and through Auxesian territory.
-Allowance of passage through Inverness and free use of Valravn for trade and rest purposes.

These terms are open to negotiation considering the lack of a concrete offer yet, however we are eager for relations to blossom between two rising nations of Sirius.

I am Daryl Ogden, Minister of Relations for the Government of Natio Octavarium. It's always good to hear from our dear friends in the Covenant of Auxeisa. I'm sure my *ahem* esteemed colleague, Guildmaster Bloggs of the Mercantile Guild will be happy for any business you'd like to send his way. The OMG's ships fly all over Sirius, with the exception of the Federal Republic of Rheinland, the Kingdom of Gallia, and the Corsair Empire. In short, the Guild is more than capable of facilitating delivery of anything you might need. With that in mind, I'd be happy to put pen to paper for a trade deal under the terms you've suggested.

As to closer relations than a simple trade deal, disturbing rumors that have crossed my desk that give me pause. I understand that you've had some recent difficulties with both the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Crayter Republic. As the Octavarium Government maintains positive relations with the former and is in a confederation with the latter, we would prefer to keep ourselves neutral for the time being, at least until matters there are properly resolved.
