The BMF, Bretonia corporations and the BAF Merchant Navy
Commodore John Redmond here, with a request for support in setting up infrastructure on Gran Canaria.
To the BMF specifically; as has been discussed in the Bretonian Government, the Government intends to request the BMF undertake infrastructure construction on Gran Canaria, although exact details are still under discussion. I would like to make a sub-request, in addition to this infrastructure project, for a colony to be constructed on top of one of the old Zoner enclave located in Sector B-43, 104 Kilometers south of the Corsair zone now occupied by the Coalition. This site has been abandoned by the Zoner populace, but remains low priority for Bretonian settlement due to the proximity to formerly Corsair controlled lands.
The enclave contains most of the basic facilities, though they are in disrepair and were meant for a much smaller population. We require the habitat be upgraded to Bretonian standards, and be ready to take in a large influx of settlers from Gallia - do not worry, they are "good" Gallics - ideally the settlement will be as self sufficient as possible to avoid conflict, so a localized power-grid and power generation (solar) facilities should be added, a long with water pumping, waste disposal and green-house farming facilities. Food, water, power, hygiene, and housing, the basics. We estimate that of these 5 basic areas, in terms of preparedness and self sufficiency of the abandoned Zoner enclave, based on a max population of 100,000 souls, food is at 0%, water at 30%, power at 22%, hygiene at 58% and housing at 44% (albeit a little old).
As this is an Admiralty Request, we will pay the fee required for this project, we estimate total contract value of $200,000,000.- to be sufficient for the construction work required. Please let us know if you feel this is unfair - we at the admiralty are not well versed in civilian contracting.
The BAF Admiralty hereby Requests the BMF fulfill the following contract for the construction of initial habitation facilities for capacity of 100,000 souls expected to be relocated to Gran Canaria.
The BAF Admiralty offers to pay a sum of $200,000,000.- Credits in addition to payment for goods delivered, for upgrade and construction of former Zoner Enclave (Designation: R32A430T) located in Sector B-43, 104 Kilometers south of the Corsair zone now occupied by the Coalition.
Contract is divided as follows:
Open to All: ($10,00,000.- Bonus per 5,000)
- 25,000 Super Alloy (SELL $1,965 BUY $299), $50,000,000.- Bonus pool
- 20,000 Alluminum (SELL $2,360 BUY $179), $40,000,000.- Bonus pool
- 10,000 Solar Panels (SELL $3188 BUY $1011), $20,000,000.- Bonus pool
- 10,000 Optronics (SELL $3,116 BUY $298), $20,000,000.- Bonus pool

- 20,000 Robotic Components - Included in Construction Fee
- Colony Construction Fee; $40,000,000.- (Labour, Logistics & Equipment)
Note, delivery of above goods is open to all Bretonian corporations and Merchant Navy, construction work will however be limited to BMF only.
Also, deliveries of single deliveries of higher than 4,900 will be deemed as 5,000 for rounding purposes. Likewise, two deliveries of 3,000 for example, may be accepted as completion of a 5,000 load for bonus purposes, with excess deliveries being sold on the open market.
In addition to the BMF construction contract above, the BAF Admiralty would like to offer a tender for an initial operation to transport an group of settlers to assist in the preparation for the main movement of people in due course.
the Admiralty will pay $200,000,000.- bonus, on top of on-base prices, for the delivery of Deuterium fuel from Gran Canaria to Picardy, and for the transport of between 3,000 and 5,000 (//represented by 30,000~50,000 units of "fugitives" cargo) people back from Epilessier Depot in Picardy.
As this is not an exact science, any single load of people may range from 300 (//3000) to 500 (//5000) depending on cargo constraints, and payment will be paid for a single trip between this range, meaning use of huge transports is optional,
anything less than 300 (//3000) cargo will result in 50% of the stated reward.
Payment is as follows;
Dueterium; $3,439 -$500 (+$2,939)
Fugitives; $4,284 -$500 (+$3,784)
+Bonus $10,000,000.- Each way for loads any load over 300 (//3000), half payment for any load under 300 (//3000).
Total Bonus Pool of $200,000,000.-
Participants in the contract may transport additional individuals and fuel beyond the bonus pool limit if they wish to contribute beyond the tender and deliver more supplies to the Maquis and bring more people to safe harbor. Extra efforts will be appreciated morally rather than financially.

Commodore John Redmond
