To who it may concern,

Due to recent adjustments in Liberty law and the current barring of entry into Bering I would like to request permission for the Junker Congress to be allowed to move within the restricted region. The primary reason for this are because of our salvage operations in the area, mainly cleaning up the non military grade materials left over from the multitudes of conflicts that have occurred in the area.
