In my time as Arbiter I have grown to be cautious of large gatherings. You see it in movies all the time, bunch of important people get contacted to meet up for a sort of casual get together then something crazy happens, hostages and such. So call me paranoid but when an new Cell of the Golden Chrysanthemums shows up and asks me to go to a party celebrating Yuyu Matsuda, with prominent members of other large entities from around Sirius some red flags shot up faster then a Commander showing up early for inspection in a Coalition Training Barracks.

I know Her Majesty's Service doesn't generally do the whole "Hired Escort Services" and what not, and that around Sirius there are plenty of private organizations who do security work. Thing is, many don't have a repertoire as distinguished of Her Majesty's Service, nor are they willing to look past some of the likely other guests at this festival if it proves to be nothing more then just that, a Festival.

Rest assured, whatever agent you send would be compensated greatly for their help.

Mister Tiltman

Director Weber has since left the service, I am now the Director of the SIS. It's a pleasure to meet you mister Tiltman.

The Service is not in the business of lending every asset of ours protection as it attracts unwanted attention. However, it would appear that on this particular occasion, our interests once again align. I will send one and only one agent to watch over you during this meeting, you will not know her name and she will meet you before you depart to meet with this new Golden Chrysanthemum movement.

Suffice to say sir, if anything should happen to my agent during this meeting, and I mean anything at all, you may find yourself in far more...inhospitable company.

Regards:

V. Steiner
Director of the Secret Intelligence Service
