It seems that a serious diplomatic incident is at risk of flashing up between the Peoples' Republic and a group of Blood Dragons under the title of 'Oath-Bound'. This unit of Blood Dragons has apparently seen fit to declare hostilies against the Coalition with no apparent case for war.
Needless to say, I am concerned, but regardless of the stance of one unit, our treaty is still in ratified force, and it will continue to remain as such. Likewise, the relevant trade and operational parameters shall be maintained unless it is in fact the unanimous opinion of the entirety of the Blood Dragon movement that there is an outstanding issue. If that is the case, I am listening.
If not, then I would like some more information on just what has gotten into the heads of these pilots.
