The Kempeitai is the Kusari secret service agency composed of special operatives and various theatre of operations commanders. It has direct connections with the new Republic and it's military counterparts. Therefore cooperation is key to achieve maximum efficiency within the agency. Their top priority is to promote and protect Kusari's interests within and outside its borders. These interests include but are not limited to obtaining information from both the previous at war Bretonian front, and the behind the lines of Gallia, eliminating criminal elements within the borders of Kusari space, promoting welfare and prosperity of the Kusari house and monitoring the lawful authorities of Kusari.

With the tragic fall of the Emperor, the new beginning of the Republic, and the war with Bretonia ending, Kusari was finally able to fund the special-ops wing once again, hoping to seek as much information from their new "friends" from Gallia. The task force has much ahead of them in restructuring, as the division was wiped completely clean due to budget problems. Now, they are slowly rising back up from the shadows, picking elite pilots from Kusari to join their ranks of cooperative secrecy, all in the name of Kusari.

Zone of Influence is representing places in which someone is exclusively operating in. The Kempeitai has its own notorious Zone of Influence which is reasonable for their needs. Depending on permissions of agents that are given by the high council, agents operate in certain places. Zone of Influence is divided into three categories: primary, secondary and tertiary. Each on representing needs of Kempeitai agents.

One of Zone of Influence categories, notorious as Primary Category - representing main operating zones of the Kempeitai. These are zones that Kempeitai is mainly focused on and is having the largest amounts of ship there. In the primary ZOI, all Kempeitai ships including capital ships up to cruisers, have permission to enforce Kusari laws along to act upon hostile and such. These zones that Kempeitai is mainly operating in are: New Tokyo, Kyushu, Honshu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, Tohoku, Tottori, Nagano, Tau-53, Galileo, Kepler.

One of Zone of Influence categories, notorious as Secondary Category - representing secondary operating zones of the Kempeitai. These are zones that Kempeitai is not mainly operating in, and is their secondary ZOI. The Kempeitai still has patrols, squadrons and ships that are focused in this category, including warships up to cruisers. These zones that Kempeitai is mainly operating in are: Sigma-59, Sigma-19, Sigma-13, Sigma-17, Sigma-21, Sigma-15, Okinawa, Omicron Sigma, Tau-29, Tau-23.

One of Zone of Influence categories, notorious as Tertiary Category - representing secondary operating zones of the Kempeitai. These are zones that Kempeitai is not mainly operating in, and is their tertiary ZOI. The Kempeitai does not have squadrons and patrols in these zones, however it has agents who have permission from the high council to operate in. Agents have permissions to fly up to cruisers in tertiary zone, however, while flying in cruisers can only attack in self-defense, compared to gunboats which can attack offensively. However, it's not recommended to perform hostile actions outside primary and secondary ZOI, thus only agents with experience have permission to operate in tertiary zone. Agents with permission can operate outside Kusari and its borderworlds.

Every organisation have its own objectives, so Kempeitai does. Kempeitai as a lawful authority in the Empire of Kusari, has various objectives they need to think of and respect them. Nowadays, Kempeitai as its rising and spreading its influence, is more giving attention to these objectives.

Promoting interests of a house is very important to the House. These interests are keeping the House alive and fully functional. When it comes to Empire of Kusari and Kempeitai's acts in it, Kempeitai must promote Kusari's interests within and outside its borders, therefore it is willing to help Kusari this way as it has direct connection with the governments. Promoting Kusari's interests outside its borders requires permission from the high council of the Kempeitai. This means that only agents with permission that are aware of the situation and know what they can do without conflicts, have ability to do so.

Kusari needs as much useful information as possible for numerous reasons. The Kempeitai is there to gather information through clever ways inside and outside Kusari's borders. Gathering information is forbidden outside Kusari to agents who don't have permission to do so. This information gathering doesn't require ultimate spying depending on the situation. Every useful information that's been gathered, is certainly getting awarded in various ways.

Viewing the fact Kempeitai is a lawful authority within Kusari and an agency, which can enforce Kusari laws, it has a strong influence when it comes to protection of Kusari space. The Kempeitai has squadrons whose focus is only to care of hostile criminal elements within Kusari's space. This includes actions on surface, boarding and space conflicts, which are dangerous. Kempeitai is often bringing in even capital ships to sort of conflicts in space.

Kempeitai is responsible for strongly promoting welfare and prosperity of the Kusari Empire, which is one of important factors in the Kusari. These factors are key to better life in the Kusari, which is one of reasons Empire of Kusari is merged with numerous lawful organisations.

Kempeitai monitoring lawful authorities in Kusari, for numerous reasons. Anything that could potentially go wrong is where Kempeitai steps in and attempts to fix things with nice-speech if not, with force. Kempeitai is making sure Kusari has conditions to operate as it should be, without any corruption nor any traitors or suspicious pilots of the lawful authorities. Once one gets caught, Kempeitai will make sure to take care of it through punishments and other reasonable actions.

Naming convention is important for every organisation, as it their fundamental identification and proving they're representatived of a organisation, this way including the Kempeitai. Kempeitai is using all ships up to battlecruisers. Most of the ship classes have their own unique ship naming identification. Thus Kempeitai's naming convention is on an advanced level.

These identification types are exclusively made for snubcraft. These types of identification are used in battles, spying and information gathering. Every rank in the Kempeitai can use such identification. Snubs are the most used ship class in the Kempeitai. Their density is depending on their ZOI. Callsigns should be in Japanese. Some freighters are made exclusively for combat, thus are sorted in this identifications category. Names that are too long are usually put in |K|-'F.Lastname' category or in |K|-'Callsign' category. Callsign category can be used despite the fact if the name is not too long.

Freighters and Transports are used mostly in logistic operations, some of them are used to transport prisoners, supply bases and whatnot. LV - Logistics Vessels - are used mostly for commercial usage, that is to transport all sorts of materials to users. These Transports are not equipped fully for combat and usually have escorts. AT - Armored Transports - are used for transporting of important materials. These transports are very well equipped. One of most used AT identification ships is prison liner, that's transporting prisoners. These transports are well-equipped and usually have escorts. Freighters that are used exclusively for combat can be sorted in the snub category identification.

Capital ships are used for patrolling needs, that is to remove any hostile ships belonging hostile to Kempeitai in this case. Capital ships are sometimes used as heavy escorts. These ships are very well-equipped for combat and used as such exclusively.

The Kempeitai is the Kusari Empire’s secret police and covert intelligence agency. The Kempeitai was first established centuries ago as the military police arm of the Kusari Naval Forces. Over time, it acquired additional secret police and military intelligence duties until, eventually, the original military police role became the organization’s secondary function.

In 817 AS, under the Republic, the Kempeitai was separated from the KNF and established as its own separate agency. Since the end of the civil war and the reestablishment of the Empire, the Kempeitai has been reorganized and is once again being deployed to gather intelligence on the Emperor’s enemies, both outside and within Kusari. When it's coming to their bases that have no role from the Kusari civil war, Kempeitai gathered their third bases of operations in system of Tottori. As part of an agreement between the Hogosha and the Kempeitai, Anijima station was traded to the Kempeitai in return for Suzuka Station. The well-hidden location of Anijima has immense value to the Kempeitai who wish to keep a watchful eye on Tottori and its neighboring systems, while its array of defenses ensure the safety of the station and its operators.

As Kempeitai has been evolving, they were becoming a noticeable agency service and military force in Kusari, that's known for managing to gather loads of information and used it in their favour. They're evolving their military, both snubcraft and capital ships, that were either got from the Kusari civil war or after the war on the Kure shipyard in New Tokyo, which Naval Forces are allowing them to use. However, Kempeitai doesn't use this shipyard much because of needs of KNF. Kempeitai doesn't use ships larger than a battlecruiser, considering the fact it's a rare sight to see Kempeitai flying a battlecruiser. They're specialized in intelligence needs mostly, but secondary in warfare needs. Their methods in gathering information and warfare methord are extremely effective, thus they're noticeable as an agency service.

Its reestablishment after the civil war in Kusari meant a lot to them. Kempeitai managed to takeover several stations after the civil war. Nansei Research Complex is currently one of important bases of operations for the Kempeitai, which is undercontrol by the Kempeitai. When Kempeitai defected to Imperial forces, they were launching an attack on the station. They knew they can't take over the station using force, for the secrets that it has, that are very valuable to the Kusari Naval Forces, they decided to use strategy of isolation and attrition against the garrison with the aim of weakening the defenders enough to succumb to a later boarding action. Kusari Naval Forces were aware of this, knowing they can't defend the station that way. They copied all of the databases that were valuable to the Kusari, and used numerous ships, transports to make an escape to New Tokyo. They managed to break through the Imperial and Kempeitai blockade with minimal losses. They left the station without any defensive Naval Forces ships, with Samura people in it, completely empty - not creating any chances for Kempeitai and Imperial forces to gather some data. Kempeitai along with Imperial forces decided to use this situation in the favour, by at least taking full control over the station, despite the fact all of the data was gone, that could mean them something. After the civil war, Kempeitai assured full control of the station and uses it in numerous ways.

One of the also important stations that Kempeitai got control over during the civil war was Battlecruiser Akatsuki. This specific event took place in Kyushu, 823 AS. Whilst the Imperial forces were making a significat push into the Kyushu system, the Nagumo battlegroup containing these capital ships, Akatsuki battlecruiser the Nagumo Battleship were facing the Imperial forces. Akatsuki battlecruiser refused to shoot the Imperial forces and defend the Nagumo battlegroup. Reason behind this conspiracy of Emperor was - being morally opposed to firing on their brethren. Battleship Nagumo was outgunned, and managed somehow to get away. Akatsuki, left behind, pledged its support to the Emperor and joined the Imperial Fleet. It is was then tasked with guarding Nago Station in a bid to prevent Kishiro from delivering materials to Kusari Republic territory while also serving as a launching point for patrols in the Taus. Later Kempeitai established full control of this battlecruiser, and moved it to Brittany system, with surveillance mission. Currently it holds position just beyond the Stronsay Asteroid Field, gathering vital intelligence on Gallic ship movements into the Tau-23 system.

After the civil war finished, Kempeitai reestablished relations with the Kusari Naval Forces along with all other Kusari cooperations. Now when the war is over, Kempeitai created its own objectives which are addressed to protect the Kusari and gather information outside Kusari. This secret agency is independent and has high-skilled agents who can gather loads of information that Kusari can use in its own way. Kempeitai managed to get relations acceptable, therefore they now have all of the conditions to work effectively as a secret Kusari agency service.

Kempeitai managing to create great relations with Kusari lawful cooperations, and managing to get upon high level when it comes to advancing their technology, numbers of skilled agents and their warfare needs, they are launching numerous battlegroups into Rheinland. These specific battlegroups have numerous objectives, however, two objectives are the most bolded ones. One of first objectives is to help Kusari Naval Forces in the warfare by bringing in their own ships to destroy Rheinland ships that are opposing the Kusari. Second objective that's certainly a thing is to bring in secret agents that will gather information through bloody ways, and help Kusari with the war. Kempeitai is launching some of their capital ships into Sigmas, and Honshu to stop the Rheinland aggression. Kempeitai is taking a big part in this war, defending Kusari through warfare and clever ways of gathering information.

High Lord Admiral is representing first leader of the Kempeitai, whose role is to control whole Kempeitai cell. Current High Lord Admiral is [SOON]. High Lord Admiral has full control of all Kempeitai's ships and is responsible for operations, control and economy of the Kempeitai.

Technology is the collection of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives. As every organisation has its own technology or foreign technology that they have knowledge of and use it, that's how accomplishment of objectives is done. Kempeitai has its own lawful technology that dominates in the usage and accomplishments, however technology of Kempeitai is more advanced than it looks like, which will be explained in 100%, 90% and 75% technology categories.

I. The most dominant technology in the Kempeitai agency service would be Kusari Lawful Technology. This technology is including usage of all Kusari Lawful ships along with usage of all Kusari Lawful weapons and other scientific materials. This technology is also including some former Imperial ships, that Kempeitai also often uses. This technology is main technology of the Kempeitai - 100%.

II. Second most dominant technology that has its presence within Kempeitai agency service is Kusari Civilian Technology. This technology is including usage of all Kusari Civilian ships along with usage of all Kusari Civilian weapons and other minor scientific materials. This tehnology is belonging also to main technology category of the Kempeitai - 100%.

III. Rarely used technology within Kempeitai is GMG technology. This technology however is somewhat notorious to Kempeitai, however knowledge of it is not allowing Kempeitai ships to use it at full usage, therefore Kempeitai rarely uses such ships - 75%.

I. One part of foundation of the Kusari Civilian and Kusari Lawful ships are Sirius-wide ships. These ships and weapons are notorious to Kempeitai, therefore Kempeitai is sometimes using such for reason it has full knowledge of it - 100%.

II. Borderwolds technology - not really notorious to the Kempeitai, but however Kempeitai has some knowledge of it. Due to fact Borderworlds technology is not representing any part of foundation to Kusari Ships, however as time was passing Kempeitai's been getting more knowledge of it which - 75%.

I. As Kusari and Gallic relations are getting better by time, technology was being more shared. This however doesn't mean Kempeitai has full knowledge of it but certainly has some. The Kempeitai is rarely using such technology - 75%.

A naval ship is a military ship used by a navy. Naval ships are differentiated from civilian ships by construction and purpose. Generally, naval ships are damage resilient and armed with weapon systems, though armament on troop transports is light or non-existent.

Kempeitai is currently using three types of warships, notorious as: Gunboats, Destroyers and Battlecruisers. Most of these warships are stationed in Kusari, but their location and type of acting is depending of squadron they are a part of.

Kempeitai has its own databases, one of them including Operatives Database. This database is including informations of some operatives that Kempeitai has. These operatives have objectives same as Kempeitai itself, depending on their profession.

None of these fiels are publicly available, only to high command of the Kempeitai. Purpose of this database is to ease numerous jobs in the Kempeitai, mostly to the high command.

In 400 A.S. the Kusari Government began offering incentives to attract new businesses and existing corporations to establish themselves within the Kyushu system. Taking advantage of the offer Samura Industries began work on the Nansei Research Complex, fast tracking the construction to be finished later the same year. Designed primarily to study antimatter and antimatter based weaponry, the facility utilises vast solar arrays to provide consistent power to its electromagnetic containment fields which isolates the several kilograms of stored antimatter.

The facility is often a favourite target of attacks by the Blood Dragons, leading to the Battleship Nagumo being stationed nearby to oversee both the defence of the Tau-29 Jump Gate and of Nansei itself. Should the Blood Dragons ever succeed in compromising any of the storage cells, the annihilating antimatter would result in an explosion in excess of 100 megatons of force wiping out the facility and anyone unfortunate enough to be caught within the blast.

The base has, on occasion, been the venue for a number of secret research projects by the Kusari Naval Forces using the collective expertise on antimatter for military purposes. While no products of the research have been directly linked to Nansei, its importance and location has been deemed strategic to the Imperial Kusari Navy as well as the Kempeitai, who defected to the Imperial forces. Forgoing a direct assault on the facility that would most likely compromise the research materials, the imperial command employed a strategy of isolation and attrition against the garrison with the aim of weakening the defenders enough to succumb to a later boarding action.

The plan backfired as the KNF became aware of the passive stance adopted by the imperials and devised a breakthrough operation allowing them to take the valuable research data and abandon the increasingly untenable location. Once the data was copied to their ships and the base databanks erased, the KNF forces departed in a fast convoy, leaving behind a barren facility and its remaining Samura staff. By coordinating with units from the Nagumo, they were just able to break through the encirclement of the IKN, escaping into New Tokyo with minimal losses.

As advances elsewhere put the station out of reach of the Republic, plus with there being no KNF garrison left to defend it, the Imperial Kusari Navy and Kempeitai moved in. Although disappointed by the missed chance to attain any Naval Forces secrets, the Kempeitai have assumed control of Nansei. Operatives stationed here are currently attempting to retrieve any fragments of the previous research, including interviews of civilians that were left behind, whilst continuing development of new weaponry for the Imperial cause

Deliberately placed deep inside the Tojimbo ice field, Anijima base was the most concealed Hogosha facility in existence. As such, it was often used by Hogosha leaders of various locations to meet and discuss plans for the future of both themselves and Kusari as a whole. Aside from the covert nature of the base, it had numerous patrols and strong defenses to keep its occupants safe in case of an attack.

As part of an agreement between the Hogosha and the Kempeitai, Anijima station was traded to the Kempeitai in return for Suzuka Station. The political fallout from these technical issues was exacerbated by traditionalist staff officers who were ideologically opposed to any alteration to the KNF's capital ship doctrine. After one year of retrofitting and testing, it finally was considered fully combat-ready in 821 A.S. stationed in Kyushu as part of the Nagumo battlegroup.

When the Imperial forces made their desperate push into Kyushu in 823 AS, the Nagasaki and Nagumo fleets each demanded the surrender of the other. When the shooting started the crew of the Akatsuki outright refused the order to engage, being morally opposed to firing on their brethren. Instead they pulled back from the fight, prompting the outgunned Battleship Nagumo to retreat quickly thereafter, leaving the Imperial forces to secure the jump gate. Akatsuki, left behind, pledged its support to the Emperor and joined the Imperial Fleet.
