Melissa looks out the window, watching a few ships fly past the windows. A patrol wing of Lich, Sabre and Eagle vessels all baring the Velvet logo and colour scheme.
"Grand Admiral Golanski, Admiral Holt, Colonel Hideyoshi. I'm just providing a follow up to a private conversation between the Grand Admiral and myself regarding an extension to Freeport 11, which has been dubbed Fort Scorpius. We have agreed the usage of this base for Velvet| operatives only, so not to cause an issues with the harboring of your enemies. Unlike previous extensions, this is being done with nothing but good grace, as we do not want a repeat of previous events. This project is entirely a Velvet operation, and as such, we will be keeping it this way. We aim to keep you in the loop and our agreement on weaponizing should it later be required, will be agreed upon with yourselves.
