Elizabeth Hall,

Congratulations on a job well done. The treaty has been put to the Cabinet, and while many were heavily occupied and unable to vote, a swift vote was concluded with available members and representatives.

The contents are accepted, and you have the authority to conclude the treaty.

Furthermore, once you conclude your work on the treaty, I was made aware by a representative from the Admiralty that you are to be reinstated to the Armed Forces, with the higher rank of Commander. I leave the details to the Admiralty whom you may contact yourself.

Best regards,
Benedict Callahan, Secretary to the Cabinet
To whom it may concern,

The negotiations have been successful. The treaty above has been signed, and I am bringing a copy with the signatures to New London. The original will stay aboard the Basilica, and another copy has been made for keeping on Malta.
