I am requesting authorization to enter Washington Shipyard for a refit of the LPI Flagship Leavenworth. Norfolk is maxed out and we cant risk being away from Colorado for to long, It is my hope Washington can give us the refit needed to be a sufficient replacement for the Rio Grand until her return from an unknown location that we are not privy to.
