Konnichiwa honorable Henri-François de Suffren, comte du Loiret. I believe my introduction here is relevant to you. I am Admiral Takagi Managu of the current Kempeitai cell contacting you for a good reason, that is to see if my people can get docking rights in Gallia.
Some time ago, we met Royal Navy forces in system of Leeds giving our best to convice them we are not there to cause any trouble, and we're thankful they accepted that fact as it is. After the short meeting, we contacted the Marine Royale Gauloise high command for docking rights, and we got answer from Isabelle Montlaville de Chanteloup, amiral de Gaule and chief of staff of the Marine Royale Gauloise. We were granted for docking rights on thy bases "outside Gallia", and Isabelle told us to contact you for further permissions, telling you can directly send the information to le roi.
This specific Kempeitai cell has no negative intentions towards your people outside and inside Gallia, reason we would like to get more docking permissions is because we would like to prove we are peaceful and willing to enter a new partnership. Of course these possible docking permissions wouldn't include us bringing in any warships from gunboat and higher, but rather to use logistic vessels, armored transports and snubcraft for deliveries and escorts of our ships. We won't represent any of a threat to thy people, therefore we will respect Gallic laws and civilians. This will allow us to supply both sides depending on our needs.
We're hoping you will accept our request and give us a proper chance for a partnership. We already made a deal to with Isabelle to participate in few objectives they given us, that is to - vast counter-terrorism campaign in the Taus revolving around the construction of a joint defense station capable of hosting fighter squadrons and monitor space traffic & large scale wargames, in the Lorraine system, to the profit of my home territory garrisons.
