Good Evening A few nights ago one of my officers was on patrol and came across a Kusari Warship in the New York system and was seen docking on West point Military Academy and was then seen shooting locals in Manhattan Orbit. Call sign of the vessel is ~USS~Junko~ and did not respond to hails or lawful orders from officer Alban Jankowski its transponder reads as Kusari Naval Forces but upon scanning the vessel it had Kusari State Police Tags and identification It is a Kusari Battle Cruiser. Attached below is evidence of the said vessel and call sign and scans of the vessel and communication logs can be provided upon request. And the fact that he was seen docking on West Point i'm sure Both Admirals of the Liberty Navy and 5th Fleet would like to have a chat with the captain of the ~USS~Junko~ he was also able to evade my officer We will be sure to keep an eye out ~USS~Junki~.

The ship in question is in multiple violations of the Liberty Security Code and Law, and will be dealt with accordingly. Word received is that said ship opened fire on Liberty forces that attempted to escort it back to Kusari proper.

The ship is to be dismantled when seen with prejudice and docking clearances on Liberty installations revoked. Deal with it like any hostile warship.
