We entered the tau region from Hokkaido. The system designated Tau-53 is for all intents and purposes a border world situated between Gallia and Kusari. There are three jumpgates in the system connected by a trade lane network with Misaki Station and La Charite spaceport in the central hub of the network. As the entire system is covered in the Barrier nebula. This region of the nebula is rich in water ice, methane and other hydrocarbons. Hence the interest in the system by corporations from both kusari and gallia. The nebula also has multiple areas that are far away from the lane network and jumpholes leading out of the system to consider for further use. We designated sector wwlid rahqr vecxh ssyxx vwyej lwgda hptzt zggrm bytct along with sectors sulgv fxszr eacxh sswvp vb in the system as areas of interest before moving on to the next system of Tau-37.
Tau-37 like some others in this report lacks anykind of trade lane network. The systems most notable trade hubs are Freeport 10, Falkand Station and Alcara Shipping depot. The system has a high activity from the malteese wich is not surprising considering there is a jumphole leading to Omicron Alpha in the system. We also discovered a large and dense minefield in the sectors A/B 3/4 wich appear to be surrounding a jumphole leading to the gallic system of Lorraine. The nebulas in the system a fairly small wich unfortunatly makes them not ideal to hide anything there. The only possible location we can suggest after surveying this system is sector vntxw kwoha kz. Moving on to Tau-23.
Tau-23 is fairly developed in terms of infrastructure as it contains a trade lane network with jumpgates to tau-31 and the gallic system of Languedoc. The system as you may have heard is famous for the Niobium ore that is distributed from the local IMG base of Java Station in sector D/E 3/4 not far from the tau-37 jumphole. The system otherwise is connected to Kyushu wich jumphole is located in sector F4, Tau-29 in sector F5, Orkney in sector C4 and Tau-44 in sector B6. With the mining operations going all arround the system we unfortunatly did not find any areas of interests. After finishing the survey of this system we moved to Tau-29.
As the respected members of the board most likely already know, Tau-29 is located on the gate and lane network connecting Bretonia and Kusari. The system has a high presence from kusari with Samura's mining operations in the Samura Ice Asteroid Field behind Shinkaku station wich is controlled by samura. The other two stations namely Freeport 6 and Nago station are located on the lane network. Much of the fields have high activity from samura and other entities wich ruled them out as areas of interest. The fact that the trade lane network cuts through two of our otherwise potential candidates also ruled theese out. With no other option left the only potential area of interest was in open space located in sectors sulgv axnqz dblzi kpzbd y. With our survey finished here we moved on to Tau-31.
Tau-31 wich is mostly controlled by the Crayter Republic and Bretonia prooved once again less than ideal. As the respected members of the board know the system is mostly covered in an Ice Crystal field. The system has a well developed trade lane and jump gate infrastructure. The system is also one of the ends of the famous "barrier pass" with it's connection Baffin through a jumphole in sector G6. Other notable areas include the Bretonian held Planet Harris and the gate to Tau-23 and Leeds. Jumphole wise the system is connected to Edinburgh, Tau-29 and Tau-44.
With this comes the last system we visited wich is Tau-44. Tau-44 came up with the most ideal areas of interests. The system is not connected to the jumpgate network, and has no trade lane network at all and is curently controlled by the Crayter republic.
The system has three planets. Planet Borneo, Planet Malakka and Planet Mindanao. It also contains two nebulas the Sumatra cloud wich consists mainly of microscopic ice particles wich renders most scanners inefficient. The other nebula is the Brunei Ice field wich was in the past part of the Barrier and later separated from it and got captured by Planet Borneo's gravity. The planet Mindanao was also an interesting planet for other reasons. The planet contains huge deposists of uranium under its crust wich in turn makes the planet highly radioactive. To make this already long report a bit shorter our extensive survey in the system designated multiple areas of interest. Theese are as follows. Sectors ktaxn szddd bvxky hnwij kwgfx h in the sujeq rfmqd eadl. Sectors evzcn axnqz cwmk sulgv axnqz wwlid rauil ia in the brikf iemgy ss and sector evzcn qyscy uajxs emj. This concludes my report.
