I'm working on something interesting. Now that I have a proper power source, I need to get some proper testing done.
Turns out that some of the rocks on Forres are quite amazing at storing and transmitting heat and I need to find out how they work exactly.
So, naturally, I'll try to melt them, freeze them and put them under all kinds of conditions, until I know how they react to different stimuli.
If they work like they seem to, then i will probably be able to increase the energy efficiency of most of our bigger vessels. The improvements aren't amazing but they're enough to plate a ship with proper radiation shielding.
Cancer isn't a fun thing to catch, people!
Anyway. I need resources to set up some machinery. A noteworthy amount of resources. And I offer payment if you help me collect the things on Vieques.

Okay. The first few things are in. Things were uneventful except for a poorly equipped freelancer who just decided to open fire on my Salvager. Couldn't even scratch the shields. I pretty much just ignored the bugger.
