Sorry for the delay, my guys wanted to make sure we had everything in order. So here's the deal, there is a lot of work to be done here. After a bunch of planning we have made a list of all goods we will need.

Premium Scrap 200,000
Optronics 70,000
Black Market Munitions 45,000
Robotics 80,000
Industrial Hardware 95,000


While Congress is more than capable of handling the Robotics, we will need your help with the Premium Scrap, in addition to that, you may want to to contact another organization for the Optronics.

Alright, bring them to Vieques and we can start work, some of them might need to go to Cuelebra for refinements namely the Optronics, Munitions, and Robotics. Cuelebra has more room to get them wired together than Vieques does.
