You are well aware already of who I am so I'll skip formalities.
During the Ingenuus time, there was in construction this Project, called Project "Renata Nephilim".
The Velvet Organisation contacted us in regards to finish the construction of the vessel, as it's filling a dry dock.
Fortunately, the vessel is half-built, so this gives us a fair advantage with timings.
Today I'm contacting you in regards of this, as our logistic department isn't so big to quickly transport the commodities, unlike OSI.
I'm here to propose you to help us finish this project.
The payment will go based on units delivered, as 2.000 Sirius Credits per unit.

I'll be attaching the materials needed for this project, and our logistic division will also help as much as it can.
All deliveries can be attached to this communication, for easier communication between us.

Myself and my Board have gone over your communication and the supplies requested. Its a large task that's for sure, but one that has been agreed to be undertaken.
One thing though is that the Board and my adviser's have informed me that the offer is too little, 2000 Credits per unit for the amount of work and distance would not be enough to make it worth while for our pilots.
So for us to undertake this contract it would be 5000 Credits per unit, this of course is up for negotiation.

As i said, we are willing to take on this contract but it needs to be worth while for my employees you understand.
