Kishiro Technologies is one of the great keiretsu of Kusari; a sprawling empire responsible for the manufacture of advanced technologies including optical chips, engine components and gas miners. The consumer division also supplies high quality electronics for Kusari households who can afford the very latest technology. In previous times, Kishiro was not as politically well-connected as their primary competitor, Samura and instead focused its efforts on developing advanced technology as it's primary profit source. They are viewed as a progressive company, embracing change and innovation over the traditionalist views of their rival Samura. Founded by Hiroshi Kishiro, is a newly established group within the Kishiro Technologies, which's drastically expanding to the point of being a noticeable Kishiro force.

Naming convention is mandatory for every pilot within the Kishiro Technologies for identification purposes. Each ship class owns different style of identification which must be followed. Codenames must be in our Kusari dialect (//Japanese). Ships that contradict this naming convention will face consequences under KISHIRO C.O.D.

824 A.S. ― Well known as period between the two dreadful wars, both of which the Kusari participated in. First war in that period of time was war against the Bretonia, which impacted not only Kishiro's productive facilities, but also every other not belonging to this corporation in the Kusari, due to decision to take a heavy offensive into the Taus region. Enormous strike upon the the Bretonia occured, drastically lowering manufacturing and research of electronic components of the Kishiro Technologies. Exchange of cell's objectives happened, replacing active production and research with primary role to assist the Naval Forces in the war, furthermore marketing of the corporation lowered down to worrying limits. Sudden invasion of the Gallic Kingdom made the situation even worse, breaking plans of the naval forces, leading to numerous conflicts, even to Emperor getting surrounded by hostiles. Persistent attempts to return the Emperor and later contradict the already formed Republic of Kusari under the coup broke Kusari's economy even more, not to mention Kishiro's economy. Successful negotiations to establish peace everyone had been wanting soon happened. Thus, Peace was finally established. Kusari alongside with the Kishiro Technologies faced many consequences, mainly ones that impacted their overall economy. The corporation had been having difficulties to organize themselves after the war until appearence of Hiroshi Kishiro, a notorious director among the Kishiro who was known for his success in the corporation, has changed things. Due to weakness of the corporation during those days, it needed revival which couldn't happen that easy. Therefore, Hiroshi Kishiro created a plan to fund a new cell within the corporation, and attempt break the crisis it was facing. Crisis couldn't be solving only through funding from the Hiroshi. Luckly, Hiroshi knew exactly how to break the crisis, and enhance organisation's economy and production to its peak. Leaders of the corporation weren't known for the strategic ability to revive their corporation, failing to develop the Kishiro. As this was one of its most painful downs, it certainly wasn't a simple task. Hiroshi was an exception from this, having enormous experience and knowledge regarding effective strategies in corporations. He funded a completely new cell within the Kishiro Technologies, having same the objectives, but different C.E.O. Announcement of the new establishment of Kishiro Technologies was known to most of the Kusari, attracting many engineers. After several months, this new cell already had got a distant menpower, slowly getting noticed in the space. At the start, cell was only operating upon the Yukawa Shipyard in Honshu system, eventually becoming numerous to establish control over other corporations's assets, due to extreme need of the Kusari to possess another active and highly advanced cell of the Kishiro for many technological reasons.

825 A.S. ― The corporation nearly got established as it was steadily taking control over all Kishiro's facilities, requiring every piece of them for proper organization to enhance production and research rates. Organisation itself has its own C.E.O. and board of directors, controlling and publishing assignments for the employees. Therefore, these are signs of it turning into a capable force of the Kishiro, entering the Kusari market as a powerful competitor against other corporations like the Samura. The Reformed Empire was slowly returning back to its feet, while this cell was upgrading its abilities in three formed divisions. An unfortunate event occured with the Rheinland, sending an ultimatum to the GMG forces, well known as Kishiro's trustful allies, that improved drastically our stance in the past, having enormous profits. The Empire couldn't watch the luckless event, thus, it decided to assist the GMG forces. This is when Hiroshi came in to perform strategic operations and moves, not to lower slowly rising power of this cell, as it did in past wars. It's difficult to circumvent event, watching allies getting attacked. Hiroshi decided to join the conflict and declare war upon the Rheinland, but to significantly decrease the involvement in the war compared to past occasions from which the Kishiro faced harmful consequences upon its economy. Role of this cell was to fund its allies technologicaly enough to not damage economy of the corporation, not to stop growing in productiveness of the electronic components and other. Help wasn't signicifact due to current status of the Kishiro regarding its economy. Need to keep growing and takeover the Kusari market is a focused duty, that can't be disrespected. Hiroshi managed to balance these two and not ruin the organisation, successfuly avoiding direct conflicts upon the Rheinland aggressors. That's the type of politics the C.E.O. was playing with, smartly, knowing the Kishiro can't withstand another failure. Assistance given to the allies was noticeable, explaining them the situation within the cell and its purpose. During this time, the corporation hasn't stop growing economically while it was conducting many assignments, sometimes assisting its allies if able to. This year was a major success, after the successful establishment. Hiroshi was persistently experimenting upon many things, mainly assuring everyone is working efficiently.

826 A.S. ― Continuation of hard-work that displayed success in the cell was important. Every wrong step can cost the cell their profit. Thus, C.E.O. luckly knows how to rightfully lead to not make any risky moves. Production alongside with the development was key to full evidence of effectiveness the leader was forcing. Only problem that could potentially stop the advancement is the Rheinland, that might advance further into the Kusari. Only then, the Kishiro would need to fund the allies even more, leading to a possible catastrophe that could cost the cell and face again similar consequences from the past conflicts. The unexpected happened, that gave additional hope the cell exceedingly needed. Federation started peace negotiations with the Reformed Empire alongside with the GMG, to stop the war as there was no reason to resume the aggression. Hiroshi's group stopped funding the allies, due to peace negotians, still carefully watching the Rheinland. Thanks to balance that C.E.O. made, this improved slightly stance of the cell, as it wasn't wasting resources reasonably. Of course the Kishiro under Hiroshi's lead was preparing for the worst, wanting to waste most of its resources to defend their home. Thankfully, the peace negotians lead to final establishment of peace between two houses, allowing the cell again space for impressive development, competing with the Samura to takeover the Kusari market. The C.E.O. of the cell acquired control of Kishiro's assets and facilities, including ones belonging to the government to a reasonable amount of control. Hiroshi Kishiro, C.E.O. of this group, proven himself again regarding his skill in fields of strategic economic protection, active manufacturing and development of relevant components. This now being a major corporation is already representing itself as a brave and powerful competitor in the market, needing minor effort to takeover the current market. This major force of the Kishiro proven their ability to recover and revive their corporation, being a dominant force regarding production and advancement to high limits. It's currently having enormous capacity for mass manufacturing of components they're well known for.

Kishiro Technologies has constant objectives and assignments for the people in it. Such objectives manifest in improvement of the Kishiro assets. These objectives inspire the organisation to conduct assignments which enhance influence of the Kishiro. Owning many major assets besides Kishiro-only stations, allows them to properly organize and gain resources for their aimed projects. Futhermore, to spread their technology for useful purpose not only to citizens of the Kusari, but also to leading naval forces for military necessities.

Develop cutting-edge technology which is ahead of the competition ― known to be primary motive of this cell, on which it is based out. Electronic research is primary constant assignment for this Kishiro cell. Conductment of such research is important for the Kishiro, for being one of primary sources of profit and simultaneously one of primary active methods of improvement for the Reformed Empire. Corporation is facing competition such as Samura, other technology organisations outside the Kusari and similar. Need for the throne is what Kishiro focuses on the most. Therefore, it wants to be ahead of its competition ― be the most influential technology producer and researcher. There's always enough space for new technology gains, advancing furthermore and having better chancing in being ahead its competition.

Ensure the technological advances that Kusari has over the other houses is maintained ― ensuring technological advances for the Kusari over other houses. As Kishiro is competiting with other technological organisations outside the Kusari, it's constantly executing research missions and creating newer technology, which should be available to every citizen in the Kusari. Dominance can be assured over military technological advances, to enhance power of its naval forces. Thus, to help indirectly in any wars. Technological advances are considered not only in electronic research, but other types of research Kishiro can do, studying space and similar.

Prevent Samura from controlling the Kusari market ― both being notorious "rival" to each other. Kishiro is controlling a large portion of market in the Kusari, continually competing with the Samura. Any technological advances bring Kishiro up towards better control of the market. Sometimes piracies occur outside the Kusari against the Samura, to lower transportation and like that, marketing percentages of the rival. Piracies are often avoided due to possible escalation in diplomacy leading possibly up to a bloody conflict. Therefore, Kishiro is mostly focused upon advancing its technology gained via research, spreading it to Kusari and lowering influence of the Samura. Thus, it's deliberately attempting to damage the Samura.

Kishiro Technologies performs assignments in all of the Sirius, with exception of heavily guarded and dangerous systems. Transportation and cooperation with other organisations is mandatory for profitable sources of outcome. Whilst logistics missions requires higher range of Z.O.I., Kishiro conducts research mostly in Kusari systems with exception in case of an order of research outside of Kusari. Core of assignments, research and production is in the Kusari region, which are guarded by Kishiro, KSP with KNF. Focus is centered upon the core region to furthermore establish newer technology and improve technology in the Kusari for various needs and duties.

Primary Z.O.I. include following systems: New Tokyo, Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Hokkaido, Okinawa, Tottori, Tau-29, Tau-53, Nagano, Sigma-59, Sigma-21 & Sigma-19. Mentioned zones are core systems, as such, systems with high presence of Kishiro ships. Many research & production assignments have been conducting ever since establishment of this company. Some of these zones have their bases which are fully belonging under their control, whilst it also controls every other major assets of the Kusari to a somewhat extend. Therefore, these zones are center of every corproation's production, and most of the research.

Secondary Z.O.I. include every other system which Kishiro sees as non-guarded or safe systems. This is when cooperation, logistics assignments come in. Company is sending logistics vessels outside the Kusari as another source of outcome, for transportation of newer high technology components. It doesn't transports many of them, for need of Kusari being ahead of other houses in terms of technology. Logistics missions carry security vessels needed for security measures against criminals who force piracy and violence.

The Kishiro Technologies as every other well-organized and resposible corportation, has diplomacy needed to determine status of marked organisations and houses. Importance of such is to seek for new sources of outcome, by transporting a bit outdated versions of the components as Kusari is most of the time ahead regarding the technology. There're villains pursuing this corporation whenever possible, to assemble their proper shape through piracy, mostly violence. This corporation conducted many analysis upon many organisation to attempt reveal their objectives. Now when most of the competitors and criminals are notorious to the Kishiro, allowes the corporation to organize its assets and contradict any type of deliberation.

GAS MINERS GUILD ― is a large organization with a substantial stranglehold on the H-Fuel industry. Known and long allies of the Kishiro Technologies. Their relationship during the hardest times has turned them into something strong, being two successful organisations. Their influence in Kusari is high and are often trading with each other technology along with valuable equipment, furthermore constructing ships like on the Yukawa Shipyard.

KUSARI NAVAL FORCE ― is highly organized and possesses all of the considerable technological advantages inferred by Kusari industry. Long and trustful ally of the Kishiro Technologies, assuring protection of all Kishiro's assets. Positive relations between these two lead to construction of a confidental Kusari Naval Forces base in Honshu, Kansai Research Station. Trust's been earned and it's still lasting as they're helping each other often.

KUSARI STATE POLICE ― is a disciplined force of career personnel assigned to guard the borders of Kusari space and protect Kusari commercial interests. Those who've assured protection of Kishiro's stations since their appearence. Important ally in terms of protection, as being the official Kusari State Police of the Kusari. Thanks to their strong protection of the Kishiro, we're returning back the favour with loads of new technology to improve their security needs not only of Kishiro, but also of Kusari as a whole.

KEMPEITAI ― is the Kusari covert operations service, who specialise in spying and sabotage outside of Kusari space. Kishiro desires to improve relations with the Kempeitai, mainly by transporting newly produced technology which this covert operations service can intelligently. We're attempting to learn from them to improve our sabotage and espionage upon our competitors and rivals.

BOUNTY HUNTERS GUILD ― is declared as an organisation operating mostly in Liberty and Bretonia, dedicated to providing a broad array of security and assassination oriented services for a reasonable fee all across Sirius. Useful organisation known to the Kishiro for their successful assassinations upon rivals and unlawful organisations which are focused upon damaging the Kishiro in various ways.

REPUBLIC OF LIBERTY ― Liberty or the Republic of Liberty is the title of one of the four original houses in Sirius. Reasonable partners used for many cooperations, being one of sources of outcome. Technology sometimes delivered to them is a clever way of outcome. There haven't been any signs of hostility, therefore, are declared as a neutral house to the Kishiro.

KINGDOM OF GALLIA ― Gallia, or the Kingdom of Gallia (Le royaume de Gallia) is a house formed from the sleeper ship Gallia, which set out after the others in secret. Reasonable partners used for many cooperations, being one of sources of outcome. Technology sometimes delivered to them is a clever way of outcome. There haven't been any signs of hostility, therefore, are declared as a neutral house to the Kishiro.

KINGDOM OF BRETONIA ― Kingdom of Bretonia. is the title of one of the four original houses in Sirius.It is a constitutional monarchy with the monarch (King or Queen) representing the state while the parliament presides over the government. Reasonable partners used for many cooperations, being one of sources of outcome. Technology sometimes delivered to them is a clever way of outcome. There haven't been any signs of hostility, therefore, are declared as a neutral house to the Kishiro.

SAMURA INDUSTRIES ― Samura Industries is one of the great Kusari keiretsu ― sprawling, vertically integrated companies that control whole industries. Known rival of the Kishiro desiring bad to us, and competing with us upon the Kusari market. Kishiro's deliberately indirectly damaging their assets, to take over the Samura in various ways thanks to high technology production of many components.

THE HOGOSHA ― A quasi-legal organization that ostensibly exists to promote the "welfare and prosperity of the Kusari people." Not a trusted organisation of the Kishiro. There weren't any cooperations done due to behaviour of the Hogosha, caught several times attempting to pirate our ships, possibly ordered by our rivals.

EVERYONE ELSE ― There weren't any cooperations to determine possibly neutral or even friendly relations with the Kishiro. As such organisations, we consider them as unfriendly as we're avoiding any further escalations which can add more hostiles to the Kishiro. Some of them are competitors against the Kishiro Technologies in terms of technology and research.

UNLAWFUL ORGANISATIONS ― Known also to be pirates with bad intentions towards the Kishiro Technologies and other corporations & authorities. Being one of major reasons the Kishiro requires security wings to secure the logistics or research vessels against these threats.

RHEINLAND CORPORATIONS ― Due to outbreak of the war with the Rheinland, relations have been ruined for that reason. Kishiro is avoiding any direct assaults against such, but it's indirectly massively supporting Kusari's authorities such as Kusari Naval Foces, Kusari State Police and the Kempeitai.

NOMADS ― are humanity's worst enemy, witnessed the most around 800 A.S., confirming their aggressiveness and will for destruction. Kishiro is doing everything to avoid direct contact with them, but it's supporting Kusari's authorities who often come in conflicts with them.

THE WILD ― Known to be infected people by the Nomads. It's relatively hard to recognize them, but Kishiro rarely comes in conflicts with them due to lack of the infected people in Kusari. Primary known way to recognize one is by their weapons, shield and similar equipment upon their ship.

RHEINLAND AUTHORITIES ― Rheinland, or the Federal Republic of Rheinland (Bundesrepublik Rheinland) (formerly the Rheinland Empire) is the title of one of the four original houses in Sirius. Due to outbreak of the war with the Rheinland, relations have been ruined for that reason. Kishiro is avoiding any direct assaults against such, but it's indirectly massively supporting Kusari's authorities such as Kusari Naval Foces, Kusari State Police and the Kempeitai.

FARMER'S ALLIANCE ― The Farmers Alliance is a small organization which partakes in terrorist activities in Kusari against foreign companies, most notable of which is Synth Foods. Kishiro declared war at the Farmer's Alliance for their terrorism in the Kusari, killing many Kusari citizens. One of attackers upon Kishiro's bases as well.

BLOOD DRAGONS ― The Blood Dragons are a terrorist organization supposedly descended from the royal guard of Shogun Hideyoshi ― deposed during a coup several centuries before ― and dedicated to the overthrow of the current Kusari government. Kishiro declared war upon the Blood Dragons for their aggressive actions against the Kusari. As such, it's one of reasons why Kishiro is delivering many new technology components to the authorities to help them contradict these villains.

GOLDEN CHRYSANTHEMUMS ― The Golden Chrysanthemums are a terrorist organization dedicated to the overthrow of the current Kusari government and replacing it with a matriarchy that is dedicated to the good of all the people, male and female. Kishiro declared war upon the Blood Dragons for their aggressive actions against the Kusari. Therefore, it's one of reasons why Kishiro is delivering many new technology components to the authorities to help them contradict these villains.

The Kishiro Technologies owns several facilities in different systems, built mostly for active manufacturing and investigation of desired components ― to enhance technology of the Kusari. As for the C.E.O. Hiroshi's cell, they've been developing since their successful establishment, casually acquiring known facilities of this corporation. Therefore, incresing development rate of all their divisions. Success allowed them to obtain and take control over these stations, and represent themselves as a powerful organisation, persistently attempting to improve their technology and takeover the modern market of the Reformed Empire. Each base among the C.E.O. Hiroshi's lead, has employees belonging to specific divisions, and operating in such. Proper organization of this cell helped determine aimed objectives, bringing active production and analysis it needs.

Isehara finished construction in 763 A.S., four months after the settling of Planet Miura was started. Isehara was originally used to handle the flow of goods to and from the planet, including the Plutonium shipments that frequently made their way up from planet-side and the Transports full of Prisoners to work in the mines. It has since become the base of operations for the Terraforming project designed to make the planet more hospitable to human life. The station is administered by Kishiro, but also has a Planetform advisory team aboard. The station itself has a considerable Gas Miners Guild (GMG) paramilitary security detachment aboard. The GMG considers Okinawa their sovereign space, and as such has assumed responsibility for civilian security in the system. With the completion of Planet Miura's docking ring in 818 A.S., Isehara no longer needed to harbor supplies for the Planet. It has instead become a major orbital refinery for Plutonium-base nuclear fuels.

Constructed in 603 A.S. by Kishiro, Nago Station is one of Kishiro's primary sources for the Hydrocarbons needed to fabricate the Polymers used in Optical Chips. Optical Chip manufacturing is one of Kishiro's major business sectors, and Kishiro depends on a steady supply of Polymers to manufacture them. The station also houses a standing security force to repulse frequent attacks by pirates and protect its interests from interference by corporate rival Samura.

Shinagawa Station is the headquarters for Kishiro, one of the two largest keiretsu -- vast corporate networks -- in the Kusari Empire. While not as politically well-connected as their primary competitor, Samura, Kishiro has instead focused its efforts on developing cutting-edge technology. Its most notable breakthrough was in 91 A.S. when scientists working aboard Shinagawa perfected the mass production of Optical Chips using a common Polymer base. These Optical Chips have since become key components in everything from Optronics to ships to Jump Gates and Trade Lanes. Shinagawa has been expanded several times to accomodate a growing demand for this product.

Construction finished on Yukawa Shipyard in 118 A.S., and it is the primary shipbuilding facility for Kishiro Technologies. Historically, the shipyard has focused on the mass-production of civilian transports. Yukawa and its chief competitor Yokohama outcompeted the Liberty shipyards in Colorado, and to this day remain the choice yards for many smaller shipping companies who favor pricing over patriotism. Yukawa has been expanded, modified and partially rebuilt over the centuries. Virtually no part of the original construction remains. Aside from Optronics and Polymer-based materials, Yukawa is forced to import most of it's materials from other houses. Yukawa Shipyard also constructs many midsized ships for the Gas Miners Guild, such as the Kamome-class Gas Miner. The GMG contracts account for over half the work being done at the yard, most of which was previously handled at Yokohama.

Kishiro Technologies requires proper organization for each division in order achieve effectivenes it needs in its work. It's contained out of three large divisions, each having different types of assignments: Research & Development (Electronic Research Division), Logistics Service Division and Strategic Defence Division. Zones of influence aren't the same for each division due to their active duties, with few exceptions. These organized divisions allow Kishiro to concentrate upon many elements and zones. All three assure safe research and production of the elements, together with transportation to higher distances.

One of major reasons behind success of such a large corporation as Kishiro is research and development, which is the most important division of Kishiro. It's contained of scientists capable of conducting confidental research missions in any area of research. Main focus upon R&D is Electronic Research, key factor in Kishiro's rapid advancement. Leading scientists are endlessly seeking for ways to enhance current electronic components from every point of view. This type of research isn't the only Kishiro executes. Importance of studying space phenomena and events, is other type of research. Graduating any space phenomena opens new doors for the Kishiro to develop faster new technology, mostly to improve ships Kusari possesses in the space, in terms of military, research and etc.

Cooperation with corporations and organisations outside the Kusari and within, is mandatory for the Kishiro Technologies. As this division is frequently transporting producted elements outside the Kusari, it's contained of security ships for defence against any unlawful ships. Therefore, Kishiro's Logistics Division is travelling high distances. We're extremely avoiding any potentially dangerous space for the security of our pilots and equipment we carry. Sometimes we must risk to accomplish the assignment from which we gain profit. Logistics Division is contained of heavy transports with large capacity of cargo, alongisde the assault or armored transports.

Strategic Defence Squadron has primary objective to secure all Kishiro's assets which include Kishiro bases and ships. It's contained mostly out of fighters, bombers and gunboats. Security of such assets is important for Kishiro's objectives, due to security this division assures. In terms of other divisions, it's protecting them from external threats. Therefore, it's protecting R&D alongisde the logistics ships. Thanks to this division, Kishiro can make huge profits, sometimes successfuly passing through systems contained of "whirlwind" type of hostiles.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ― The highest-ranking person in the Kishiro Technologies, ultimately responsible for taking managerial decisions ― Hiroshi Kishiro, also the primary founder of this Kishiro Technologies cell. He's utterly controlling Kishiro's assets, managing most the assignments, projects that Kishiro needs for constant improvements.

DIRECTOR ― Is the second highest-rank of the Kishiro Technologies. Quantity of directors is infinite, but needs to be well-deserved via hard-work and efforts that lead to promotion of this rank. Directors semi-lead this cell of the Kishiro, ultimately helping the C.E.O. Hiroshi Kishiro. Therefore, are part of High Council of this cell. Directors are competent personnel tested through several phases in terms of their knowledge and management of three major divisions this Kishiro cell is contained of.

SENIOR EMPLOYEE ― Is an experienced and efficacious employee, proven to be such from the employee rank. This position is the highest position for non-commanding ranks, and participates in a division chosen to be skilful in. Senior Employee is often ordered by directors mostly about announcements of assignments they should accomplish. If a S.E. is persistently proving itself as a compotent S.E., he can experience promotion to a Director, receiving new rights and less restrictions.

EMPLOYEE ― Is a newly accepted recruit of the Kishiro. As such, it's having many resctrictions, mostly in allowed classes of their ships. Employees will be taught how to conduct all sorts of assignments, furthermore to choose which division they'll be comfortable in to join. Promotion to a higher rank is earned by persistent hard-work and accomplishment of duties and similar.

Possessing many classes of the shipline, it's using such actively to achieve its constant objectives. Level of technology for certain shipline might be low, reducing posiblity to properly handle them, needing additional examination. Without access and knowledge to obtain any vessels, marketing, production wouldn't be possible. Active manufacturing and research requires transportation, movements and space equipment mostly in space, to persistently prosecute its commitments for adscititious advancements in its focused fields of technology. As each ship class retains particular vessels with appropriate level of sufficient Kishiro's knowledge, opens a wide choice of shiplines.

Being the smallest shipline of the Kishiro, it has adequate power for strong self-defense and protection of logistics and research convoys, proving capable of accomplishing such assignments. There're three classes available for fighters, starting from Light Fighters to Very Heavy Fighters, each class performing differently depending upon the objective. All in all, this line is commonly used for strategic defense for its convoys.
