Subj: The War on Slaves

The Liberty Police, Inc. takes the topic of slaves extremely serious and measures are now being put in place to fight this despicable trade of human life. No one should have to resort to living this way by the hands of criminals and it must end. A quote from Chief Holiday reads "We owe it to the Republic, its citizens, and the families of their loved ones to set them free and live their life the way they choose it."

Chief of Police Jean Holiday is detailing a new type of unit on Planet Pittsburgh to locate and free slaves and take down their captors. We must first explain how we deduced Pittsburgh is the problem. The LPI has caught various slave traders departing Pittsburgh over a very long investigation, no other planet, or installation that we can find so far has had the same uptick in slaves then Pittsburgh and it is also the least patrolled due to its rural terrain. Which makes finding these Slavers that much more difficult as they have had time to know the terrain and use its advantages to hide from Law Enforcement. We dont know if Slaves are being imported from other areas of Sirius but what we can confirm is non Libertonian Slaves have been recovered from our Officers.

So what is this new unit the Chief has detailed? Well its incredibly funded and only experienced officers on the LPI Payroll are assigned to it. This is Unit 646 and every member of this unit are

extremely patriotic and will stop at nothing to see the end of slave trading in Liberty. Meet one of those very officers, Sergeant Joel Hernandez. This Officer utilizes a custom fit suit to keep him protected from the harsh heat that Pittsburgh is known for and allows instant communication with Officers should he find any Slave hide outs during his patrol. This unit also utilized a vehicle that is not affected by the terrain and moves at incredible speed. This craft carries equipment needed for officer safety as well as an emergency beacon which if hit or no response is given within a certain time limit will go off and officers will swarm the location to find the officer in distress.

The War on Slaves has been going on for quite sometime but its time to officially make a stand and publish our word. To Those on Pittsburgh if you can hear this, we will find and free you just hold on and stay alive.
