Incident: During my patrol kumruzvelt was caught in Hokkaido coming right out of Tohoku JH. He was at first showing decent behaviour and dropped his contraband, but when he was told to pay 2'000'000 credits fine for his transgressions , he decided to run away. His ship was quite quickly disabled and capitan of the ship arrested.

As a small notice, my scanners detected three infected people on his board, which he claimed to be spoils of war. Taking into consideration all his strange behavior, I suspect him in having questionable connections.

Details of Event: kumruzvelt: Spatial SHF, Freelancer ID, broke 3 laws:
1) Caught coming from restricted system Tohoku
2) Having contraband Ageira White Boxes and weapons belonging to a criminal organization.
3) Tried to run away
Action(s) Taken: kumruzvelt arrested.

Incident: My patrol begins at undocking from planet New Tokyo, and it's already enough to get into something. A big Rheinland military vessel appeared before me right near our home planet! I thought for a second it's a cruiser and beginning of an invasion, but it was just a transport, which claimed to be having as destination planet Kyushu, already here possible broken at least one law:

I decided to follow it while continuing interrogation what it's doing here, and it seems to be supplying a base belonging to Kishiro named Tsingtao Station. No documents were received though if RM vessel is allowed to be here

I was not able to find base registration or registered base suppliers, so there's second possible broken law regarding unregistered base and unregistered supplying transport.

Reaching destination and mapping base location we met Gammu AI cruiser wandering around in very close proximity to the base. Thankfully we had a Rheinland cruiser there having intentions to defend the base in case it would be having hostile intentions. Contacting KNF I received instructions to ignore the cruiser being there, while it seems to be just observing and gathering information. I ended my patrol here and returned to New Tokyo.

Incident: A day in police is never without some criminal being up to no good. Django a smuggler was stopped in his misdeed to transport illegal black market weapons. He was at first cooperative, but when he heard about being fined, he decided that running away is better than paying something. Double nova torpedos changed his ship from moving state to garbage state and the criminal was arrested. The act was witnessed by High Commissioner Haruto Yashida, so I have no doubt the criminal will have a fine time in prison to rethink his course of actions.

Django: Border World Transport, 4300 cargo space, full of Black Market Light Arms, BHG ID, Freelancer IFF

Incident: It seems to me that most people don't really know Kusari Legal Codex and especially the law that all vessels providing resources for bases must be registered in a specified database. Ignorance of laws is not releasing from responsibilities which lead to BWE transport being fined for 1 million credits. He vowed to read laws and to have himself registered next time he flies in Kusari space. I hope so, or next time punishment for his transgressions would be more severe.

Details of Event:
Torch-of-Whalsay, "Shetland" Bretonian Train, Border World Exports ID, delivered base supplies to S13 "Valkyr..."
Action(s) Taken: Torch-of-Whalsay fined for 1 million credits.

Incident: Hearing spreading rumours about Pearl Harbor base, I investigated them on my own. And my suspicions were confirmed, Liberty Navy affiliated base is built right at Kusari Border. Is Liberty preparing to attack Kusari? In the meantime, I'm filling all the required documentation to deal with this problem for good.

Incident:Let us just say two confrontations the first one was a GMG vessel failing to stop and also evaded capture by docking at either New Tokyo planet or maybe Roppongi station he was a little quick for me seeing as I was aboard my Battlecruiser doing some safety inspections when the individual came into sight exiting the Kepler Jump gate as I arrived there.
He proceeded to ignore my demand to stop for a scan and I was unable to determine his cargo so this leads me to believe that his cargo was illegal.
after asking him several times to stand down I detected a Kusari Naval vessel near New Tokyo who quickly arrived at the Planet but again he was unable to determine the individuals cargo as he docked before he arrived.
This individual will be added to the State Police Database and will have an outstanding criminal record and will be given a fine for non compliance the next time he is spotted in Kusari space.

My second confrontation was preety straight forward just stopping a Freelancer who was empty and also a Trader in a Serenity and they were no trouble and were allowed to pass without incident.
I then continued another quick patrol and greeted an ALG vessel who again complied to a scan and proceeded on his way and have nothing else to report.

Incident:Well an encounter with a Core vessel to which I am totally baffled as to why this individual did not stop but I am recommending he be put onto the priority capture list for our officers and the sooner this individual is aprehended the better.
Numerous requests wer'e given for him to stop but he refused and also I was unable to initiate a cargo scan on his vessel because I was too far away.
I gave chase as far as the Sigma systems after starting the chase from planet New Tokyo and just to conmfirm my photographic evidence reveals the closest I got to him which meant he was highly skilled at running.
Eventually broke off the chase as he approched Onicron Rho Jump Hole.

  • A large BDM transport ID/IFF [Rheinland Intellingence] ship has been seen inbound from Tohoku hauling Narchite Ore. The ship halted and submited for a brief interrogation. He alleged to have permision to transit trhough Kusari space for what he called an "Economig Treaty". Please submit this information to the pertinent authorities.
  • A heavy armored GC transport was spotted in the lanes interesction, suspect departed quickly to the Unyo Cloud.

Incident: Encountered a very talkative Chrysanthemum and some Liners apparently carrying Contraband
Details of Event: GC-Yuki,Onna was taunting me and Arita my newest Officer to the Force, I was aboard Kogeki-1 (Undercover - 1) and we proceeded to Planet New Tokyo where Miss Onna told us that two Orbital Liners were carrying contraband. Upon inspection, they were not carrying Contraband so I immediately informed them that if Miss Onna was correct, they will not be so lucky next time.

After dealing with the Liners Arita and Onna decided to have it out in a fight one versus one, so I stayed my distance and made sure the fight weas fair and after a couple of minutes Arita disposed of the Chrysanthemum with ease.
Action(s) Taken:Liners were Warned sternly and the Hostile illiminated

Incident: Scouting Shikoku and found an outcast near Noshima Freeport
Details of Event:Viloators name was Maltese and was an outcast Battlecruiser sitting outside Noshima Freeport.
After hailing the vessel he did not respond and I made it clear that he would be fired upon if he did not respond, so after no response I immediately engaged and got his shield down to Zero and as a response the Outcast Docked at the Freeport so now he is hiding in there and hopefully we can catch him on his departure from the station
Action(s) Taken:Violator decided to dock to save himself from being destroyed by my Battlecruiser and we will be looking out for this individual in the future
