I have been tasked to inform you that Doe Industries is now passing all authority of our engineering, fabrication and mining operations to your department.

This is effective immediately.

John Doe will be in touch privately to answer any questions and Jack Doe will be transferred to head your department.

Good evening Rangi,

As you are aware, the shift was successful. I expect there to be little to no disruptions in any of our current operations as a result of this.

All engineering, fabrication and mining operations have been notified are aware they are to report to Deep Space Engineering from this point onwards.

I will be expecting to hear from John over the next day or two, and sleeping quarters have been arranged on Toronto Station for Jack.

I have no further queries at this time.
