The transmission stream is garbled at first, but the footage reluctantly stablizes to reveal a sizable assembly of people standing underneath dim lighting. With some frugal redirection of what must be limited power supply, the group is lit up more prominently and appears to be a motley assembly of musicians. Composed of what seemed like a relatively professional orchestra with their brass instruments, two guitarists, a drummer, classical strings, vocalists and a man with a xylophone. All orchestrated by a singular individual wearing an armband that depicted a telling symbol, one of a Cobra wearing a crown. Everyone wore blue masks depicting expressionless faces and began to play what would appear to be an exceptionally patriotic tune. It would not be apparent to most viewers, but they were all Xenos drawn from the different bases scattered around Liberty. Fort Ramsey, Ouray, Nome, Milford, Barrow and Beckley respectively. They would play until conclusion, or at least until the transmission was inevitably jammed and white noise would reign over the channel once more.
