I wish this communique was on a brighter note but I am afraid I come to you with a grave problem I cannot contain myself. It appears a there are organized crime syndicates on Planet Pittsburgh who are kidnapping large swaths of the less fortunate individuals in our ever burgeoning population crisis. It appears that these individuals are being carried off planet by some unknown entry point within the planets orbit and we have unsuccessfully been able to track who are pilfering humans in what I suspect is a human slave endemic gripping Liberty at the moment.

I need your assistance, in fact I beg of your assistance. It's not that we cannot give these people jobs, it's the sheer lack of space for living accommodation on an inhospitable planet, and the continued influx of refugees from both of the Bretonian wars have left us with squalid conditions due to a sheer lack of habitable space.

I am urging that you send reinforcement policing units both planets side and in outer orbit to attempt to inhibit this escalating issue. Deep Space Engineering is prepared to inject financial support towards the effort as well as hiring in mercenaries, primarily the Bounty Hunters Guild, to assist in the eradication of unlawful entries into Planet Pittsburgh Orbit.

Further to this, we will be conducting our own improvements and begin talks with the Bretonian Government in repatriating a lot of these individuals in the hopes of not only alleviating the space issue but providing more jobs for the domestic population.
