"IRMM~MNS-Bayern"

Images and Images of a massive object started pouring in after Agents were told to scatter into Austera nube when the triangulation from the nearly fried computers of Namura escort fighters was done. Massive, damaged and lifeless, this husk of a battleship has roamed the Omicron Phi for dozens of years until it was stopped by massive rock formations. The ship was be exposed to Radioactivity and bacteria forming on its hull over the course of many years.

Namura Escort Fighters Wrote:One of the GMG Namura Escort Wing fighters. The twelve pilots fought valiantly but were outnumbered by the Outcasts forces. The wrecks were left scatered throughout the system on the same places the pilots ended their lifes, hunted down by the Outcasts as they dispersed after the Namura's demise. With the Namura's demise, the Escort Leader, Shinji Tenaka, performed Sepuku. The wrecks are left as a reminder to the future tresspassers.

Discovery: Considering the gravitational and environmental changes, predicting-back the possible movement of the ship wasn't of the easiest tasks. Nevertheless, in the end, it was narrowed down to one coordinate, 6G, to which 12 Agents were assigned to search through. After few minutes of search, the Battleship was located 15k under the plane.

Scans: The initial scans showed the ship is a host to radioactivity and side-hull being quite damaged after 101st has damaged it beyond any usability for GMG. Now after apparently enough years to change the bones of the crew into dust, one would say the ship as good as a pile of scrap. The IRMM Administration has decided to use this ship as a sacrificial pawn should Malta face danger that is big, but not worth throwing the Ranseurs and Sarissas at.

With the dark green nebula all-around, occasional electrical storm lighted up the surroundings, showcasing the entire Rheinland/GMG Battleship.

Salvage: Great effort using Aspis transports was exterted to pull this almost scrap beast from the nebula full of flat rock formations. Slowly but steadily, it took hours to clean the space ahead only to have the formations fall back in place soonafter a path was made. In meantime, light and deep scans using nano-drones were uncovering the rough internal structure and layout of the Battleship. No explosive substances nor devices emitting any energy were found, canceling possibilities of a trap of human or nomad origins.

Restricting civilian access and leaving only IRMM personnel around, the path towards Corsica was certain and steady. IRMM and trusted MNS forces have been informed in advance about the arrival of the Rheinland Battleship. To which nobody reacted with lowered guard as it was unknown if there's anything hidden and potentially dangerous present anymore even if the initial scans denied any dangerous materials or devices.

Structure: What followed was the complete measuring of ship's interiors using unmanned drones that would fly anywhere within the ship and create a precise map. Any ventilation or doors they couldn't go through were firstly deeply examined and then breached using light termite to not damage the hull structure. After that was finished, a decision was made to repair the ship, but using Maltese technology and only keeping the hull of the ship.

Refit: Garbage upon garbage, tons of useless or prehistoric equipment damaged beyond repair was salvaged and stored in special sealed tanks under a special atmosphere to preserve any usable content there might be. Apart from that, the hull was by a large part repaired using resources amounting several Sirius's biggest transports. Materials, Robotics have replaced a large amount of the former mechanics. Engine components used to repair the barely working engine. Old filters were a house of several space-borne bacteria capable of surviving on the surfaces of asteroids.

Rewiring: Same class of a ship like Ranseur require a lot of wiring. With such a ship it needed a new approach, and that was computer generated and optimized powerline paths that would transfer the energy across this entire bulky ship. Unlike Ranseur with its straight paths and ease of management, Rheinland chose a rather complex and overengineered approach which ended up in a 30% increase of the wiring.

Materials
4500x Superconductors
750x Bio-neural Arrays
750x Bio-Neural Processors
750x Nanocapacitors

Finalization: Powercore was a debate of many opinions whether should a regular Sirian-wide carrier powercore should be installed or Maltese one. A compromise was chosen by employing a Fusion reactor with IRMM's special changes since the sheer size of the ship allows for large local modules to be installed. And therefore larger amounts of current can be drawn and the excess heat ventilated.

This extra space included two docking modules, each on one side and a cloak device to keep the ship hidden from most eyes when needed. Weapons loadout was another challenge the IRMM had to cope with. While the battleship can withstand tremendous amounts of incoming fire, its ability to engage targets at long range and execute evasive maneuvers is rather poor. This categorizes the battleship into heavy surprise dreadnoughts that plow through the enemy lines using raw firepower instead of carefully crafted plans and advanced long range movement prediction software.

It's been decided to dub the Dreadnought as IRMM~MNS-Bayern basing it on its class-designation in Rheinland.
