...The commissar reads off Vasili's information and he responds confirming it is all correct.

"This is your last chance to back out, Comrade. If you wish to do so, you can go back to your normal solider duties as if nothing has happened, and if you tell anyone what you have heard here today, you will disappear and not for a good reason. If you are ever caught you do not divulge any information and if you do not answer a routine communication you will be presumed KIA and will be erased from our records."

"No Sir, I am ready to accept. I won't back out."

"Ok, then as of today Comrade Vasili, you no longer exist."

As the commissar says this, he puts Vasili's file into a shredder and turns back to him.

"You are now known only by your codename, Comrade Skoryi, welcome to the Commissariat."

After he was officially recruited into the Commissariat, Skoryi, was sent out from Omega-52, towards Rheinland, and from then on to the Omicrons. He and Commissar Gegarin were sent out together, but Gegarin would not be heading to the Omicrons and would be staying in Rheinland with the Hessians. After about a few days of travel they arrived in Dresden and headed towards Vogtland Base where they stopped and rested. They stayed for a day and then Skoryi headed back deep into the Omegas to find a path out to the Omicrons. His mission was to meet with some members of the Order, to learn more about the Nomads and relay that back to the Coalition.

After about a week, he made it to the Omicron Delta system. It was a bit dangerous passing through Corsair space as Skoryi was almost caught by a Corsair patrol as he passed into the Walker Nebula. He had made contact with a group of Order ships near the Jump Hole to Omicron Delta, and they told him to head to Freeport 11 where he would meet a Captain of a Resheph Recon Cruiser by the name of Jack Salsburg. As he headed towards the Freeport he was in awe at the system and how different it was from his home in Omega-52. He had done plenty of research about all the areas of Sirius, but to see it in person was a whole different experience.
He met with the Captain and they gave him a room on the freeport to stay as long as he needed. Every few days he would contact the Commissariat to inform them of his progress and any information he gathered. He met and talked with many of the people in the Freeport and of course tried to spread his ideals to them, which some accepted. The Commissariat is all about spreading the influence of the Coalition as well as working with and in places the SCRA cannot go or must be discrete about.

After about a month working with the Order, he was out on a patrol with two other Order soldiers. They went by Gamma-1 and Gamma-2 as they did not divulge their names for unknown reasons. Skoryi did not question it as they may have distrusted him, not that he fully trusted the Order either, but he was ordered to help them so he will follow the orders given to him. About halfway through the patrol they neared the Palau Ice Cloud and Gamma-1 picked up a distress becon coming from within the Cloud and he wanted to go investigate. Now Captain Salsburg told him it was very dangerous in the field, but they do sent patrols in there from time to time and just to be careful if you do happen to find yourself in there. Skoryi was hesitant about entering, but he went in anyway since he did have two Order pilots with him.

About a minute after they entered the field, the other two pilots stopped communicating with him.

"Strange, I wonder if their comms aren't working well in here, or maybe its my comm system."

As he was trying to see what might be wrong with his comm, he saw something shimmer in the field ahead of him, and when he looked up he realized something was very wrong. He quick tried to tell the other two pilots to turn around, as he himself tried to turn to escape the field, but they didn't seem to hear him. As he started to flee, something decloaked in the area in front of him blocking his escape. It was a group of Nomad fighters. At this point Skoryi knew he was doomed. The Nomad fighters and the Order ones opened fire on his ship, and he cursed himself he did not realize the Order soldiers he was with were infected. He fought the best he could to escape the 5 fighters on his tail, and managed to cripple one of the order fighters before being overwhelmed and disabled floating helpless in space. The last thing he remembered was the ships stopped firing, and seemed to be getting closer before he fell unconscious.

Three Days Later Later....

"Has Comrade Skoryi reported in yet?"
"Nyet Comrade, he has got 10 minutes before his window closes."

After a few minutes Skoryi's report comes through, and everything seems to be going accordingly, or so they think.
