Now I reckon these busters ain't any daytripper or salarymen giving their family a low-budget cruise - not with the starting prices of those tickets, they're not. See, they're headed for the Minarchy. That's a place filled with crap if I know anything - cheap wine, cheaper prostitutes, where the human organs flow free and the guns flow freer. I'd bet on a good bundle of Synth Foods blueshirts being aboard that chartered yacht.

This is what we're gonna' do.
