Nicosia Station is a private institution that's been constructed in 826 A.S. with the blessing of The Elders. It sits on top of the C6 Refueling Platform/Battleship Delos complex in Omicron Xi system. Nicosia provides safe haven for all Corsair vessels and their friends. We also pay a good amount for your biomass and relics you might run into.
Keep in mind that any individuals that are declared an enemy of the Cretan Empire or anyone who carries any cargo or equipment that is outlawed by the Cretan Empire (i.e. Cardamine) is prohibited from entering the station.
