Dear Ms. Holiday,

Our employee have notified us that you are repossessing criminals that we pick up during our travels across Sirius. We would like to point out that it is not against Liberty laws to capture and hold criminals. We would like explanation why have you deemed fit to overstep your jurisdiction in this subject.

Sincerely,

John White,
President, Ageira Innovations

Good day President White,

Yes, there is no law preventing an individual who captures a known criminal and asking them a few questions before turning them over. However it comes into question whether your holding someone hostage or not because depending on how long you hold them your not giving them the right to due process. Regardless of the affiliation everyone in Liberty has the right to a trial, to be judged and proven innocent or guilty and in order for them to get that trial they must be turned over to Law Enforcement. Now I dont think Ageira is in the business of holding people hostage and interrogating them for information because that would be impersonating Law Enforcement. Now I know Ageira to be well versed in Law and are a good example of law abiding citizens. The last thing you need is this nasty business on your plate. From where I stand your the only one here who has as you say "overstep your jurisdiction". Leave Law Enforcement to those tasked with enforcing Laws President White. Question those you capture but do not linger with them for to long.

Dear Ms. Holiday,

It us up for us to decide how we proceed with captured hostiles, criminals and pirate before handing them over to authorities. There is no law on the subject and if we receive another case for such blatant misinterpretation of the law and abuse of judicial power, we will be submitting a formal grievance complaint for illegal exertion of power above your station on subjects not covered by laws.

Sincerely,

John White,
