first, let me Apologise for the Misspelling of the Name. second, I Suggest that the Xeno Alliance know some of the Beautiful Spots in and around Liberty some spots that are Without a Guide and an Escort are Hard to find or to Dangerous for a Liner. furthermore, is Triton Capitans allowed to do things that other Capitans are not, such things like smuggling. also, I was informed by our Chairman Jonathan Seabourne that you planed something that never came Beyond the Planning Phase he didn't tell me much about it but if it is Still Important maybe now is the Time to do it
