I am in need of a new mobile headquarter for my operations inside Liberty against the Navy and the Police and inside Rheinland against the imperial disease. I'm asking you to either construct or repair an old Liberty Assault Battlecruiser for me if that is possible. The possibilities for me to get the needed resources are limited. The only thing I can do is provide credits. Just tell me how much you want, I will look what I can do.

I can also understand that you are currently not able to spare more ships, furthermore, I am willing to offer my help wherever you need it. About the Archer, well, it is still in a bad shape. It is combat-ready, barely. The engines are working fine but the hull is still in a bad shape and I am unable to really repair it since my resources are limited. I wouldn't ask you if it wasn't important but could you lend me a hand in that matter? I would, as payment, fly under Insurgency colors for a while to pay you back.
